The numbers are a credit card fraud phishing number.  I got a text from 330-423-5230 asking me to call 330-552-5075.  I called the number, knowing it was a scam all along.  The robot voice immediately asked for my 16 digit card number.  Scam.  I could tell the numbers were being dials via the web and that it was a web connection and not land line or cell tower connection due to the kind of "breaking up" that happened on the phone.
