This number randomly calls about once every 3 to 4 days. Letting go to voice mail leaves no message. Answering the call there is no one on the other end. Just another scum bag. Again the FCC needs to stop people calling like this and stop using the excuse they have the right to advertise. If they have the right to advertise they should be charged a usage charge to access my phone.

These stupid a** no good son of so-and-so's should be put in a freakin cell and left to rot.  They are polluting our way of life.  Stupid government is too stupid to step up and take responsibility against idoits like this.  They're do not call list is as big of a fraud as the idiots calling.

Any number with a 2 digit prefix of 11 means they calling using the international cll prefix, which gets around your call blocking.  Call blocking only recognizes 10 digits, so beware!

I got a call from 330-617-8296 A young woman kept saying hello. So this conflicts w above.

I got a couple calls from this number and didn't answer. It apparently not in service per web search.

They called me twice today and the same msg This # is not in svc.

These fraudsters also call here, although for some strange reason it displays a prefix of 11, something like this  11-330-617-8296.

I never talk with fraudsters like this. They are  wasting their time with me.

 Given that many people do not answer anonymous calls, or
 simply set their phones to have them automatically rejected,
 some unscrupulous companies owning a PBX resort to the new,
 fraudulent practice or displaying a false number.

 I called 330-617-8296 and verified that there is a message
 indicating that the number "is not in service.

 I believe you should be able to report this type of fraud
 to the Federal Communications Commission. Relevant forms
 can be found and filled online by complainants at
