Showed up on my caller ID as:  IQOR with a phone number of 330-659-1000, but refuses to leave a message.

Calls everyday, several times a day

constant calls with no one on the other end, i've gotten 8 this week on my cell phone.

GET A CALLFROM THIS #330-659-1000 no one ever says anything i am thinking if i would not answer they may leave a message but i have a block on the # now so they will get hung up on

this number called, today. no msg when answering machine picked up . caller id says d&b receivables. i do not return numbers i do not know, and if they cannot leave amsg on whom they wish to speak with, i will not return a call. i have no outstanding debt, thinking my number was given as a contact number by someone......

I would like to report a call from this number on a Sunday,August 4th, stating I owed a hundred dollars or my electric would be terminated.  I was in the middle of another project and did not ask questions.  I do not owe this money for electric and would like to report the harassing calles.  I tried a return call but could not leave a message.  Please give me the address of someone to call that can discontinue this harrassment.

Keeps calling incessantly, I added to my blocked list of numbers.

Appears to be these folks, they use different phone numbers to try and keep you guessing.

I am behind on NOTHING, yet these clowns call me, refuse to id themselves and keep asking me for info.  Told her "I'm telling you NOTHING until you tell me why you're calling me."  Her response was "I can't disclose information until I know who I'm speaking with, please call us when you're ready to ID yourself".  Told her to not hold her breath 'cause I'm telling her NOTHING until she tells ME why she's calling.

Record the number of times they call and make certain to let them know you are recording the call. Let them talk for at least 2 mins. You could get paid 1,000.00 for each call in error of correcting their system. Once you have reach the amount you want contact an attorney with all the information .. More than once a day is considered by the courts as harrassment. I took Bell South to the bank on this Law for 25,000.00, they settled out of court could have been more, but that was enough for me..

Just had a call on MY cell for my husband of 30+ yrs and the male did not speak clear and i do have a hearing problem so accents do not help and would not talk to me.  Said was a personal matter and we are joint.  told him he had a home phone and when he knows who is on the other end and what it is about will answer HIS phone calls.

Same here and from that same number. I answer in English and Spanish,but still no one answers.

Someone has been calling from this number, but when I answer they hang up. It happens many times during the day.
I don't understand what is the point of calling me if they are going to hang up on me.
After a while it gets to be annoying. This why I am reporting it.

You report them to the FTC, they enforce collection laws. Additionally there are law firms which specialize in going after these scumbags, they can collect triple damages

Woman caller asked for a person that doesn't live here. I told her that and also told her not to call my number again. She then gave me a # and then my # and asked me which one she should remove. I then said which one did you reach me on????? Sounds like some real smart people to me

lady asked for my grown son who does not live here.  I said he is not here.  she asked if I was his wife.  I said no, I am his mother.  She said I will call later and quickly hung up.

I called the number 330 659 1000 and a man answered and told me the call didn't come from his phone.  I told him his number came up on my caller ID.  He said something is getting mixed if with  his cellphone provider.

Their called ID is WHO?? - They are pretending to be the World Health Organization - legal problems are on the way!

If you have a cell phone:  I downloaded Mr. Number and it works - pick up and hang up.  If they call from a different number, add it to the list and ... yes, pick up and hang up.  Jerks.  Hope they like a taste of their own medicine.

Caller I.D. displays "WHO??"  Nothing like cryptic i.d. info to inspire respect, huh?

Is debt collector is Ruthless with the nonstop all day long every half hour calls. They never leave a message and show up on my cell caller ID as 330-659-1000.

Got a call from this company yesterday. Called back the 330 659 1000 number and it is RMS out of ohio. They are a collection agency. The lady I talked to was not american and said she was calling in regards to First Energy. I have had a problem with FE from a government aggregate taking over in my town and not telling anyone. She said she has had a lot of these problems with FE and she would send the collection back to FE as disputed. Spoke with FE again ( separate nightmare ) and RMS was who they sent it to and my problem should be resolved. I do not work for rms in any way shape or form and the lady i talked with was very nice. There may be some scammer using there # but as for RMS i think they are legit.

These a***oles are trying to blackmale through means of harassment!

I screen my phone calls.  This number calls many times a day, early and late.  I am ill and screen my calls to offset the aggravation of unwanted calls.  Would like to get this stopped as soon as possible.  I do not owe them anything.  Junk collections.
