Yes I got the same robo call and I am furious. I do not have credit cards I don't know who in the heck this is and I demand to be removed from this telemarketing firm. Seems to me I'll have to do another report to the FCC because of their callling a DNCL

They have nothing to do with MY account They are spammy scammy

Number calls daily.  I never answer but the calls don't stop..

This is a Rachel from Card Services type of robocall scam. Press one to speak with a live operator to reduce interest rates on your account or press 9 to be removed from further notices. If you try to call the number back, it says you have reached a commercial entity. So, they have definitely confirmed it is a scam since robocalling is illegal and they don't say who they are.

Especially if you don't bother to report the scammers.

Received a similar msg as Sean; I couldn't make out the beginning of their message, "...eligibility for reduced interest rates on your current account, press one now to speak to a live operator and reduce your rate or press nine to be removed from further notices.".  I did neither and put their # on my block list.

I've tried to follow this number's instructions to not be called again; and the calls keep coming.  If you call back the number, there's a recorded message identifying the source as "the commercial entity Oritz Representatives."  You're again invited to "press 1" to be on their Do-Not-Call List.  My next response will be to the FCC and/or FTC.  This is rediculous and extremely rude to elder people not wanting to answer calls from solicitors.

When you press 1 on the initial call, you're transferred for further discussion, but I only got five minutes of a ringing phone--no human being to talk to.  On a prior occasion I did reach a human being, who promised to stop the calls.

AND make sure to report each call to donotcall.gov
