It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Elite Informaion Solutions address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052

Looks like the same people, just a different scam.

Don't waste your time on the Do Not Call List. No one monitors the complainst or does anything about it. It is another joke of our Government. They claim to protect the US Citizen but when it comes to this, they don't give a crap. I have tried and tried to find out who monitors this and I get kicked back and forth between some government agency to another. No one wants to tell but there isn't anyone there...  Good luck. I just answer the call and immediatley click back off. I am starting to use a whistle to whistle in their ear to try to make them NOT want to call me. I have called them every name in the book and it hasn't helped. So now I just answer and real fast hang up so they are not sure if this line works or not...

Got a call at 8:32pm from this number and I answered it prepared to tell them they are in violation of the Do Not Call guideline by contacting me.  Initially, I was met with silence but didn't hear a hang up, so I waited for someone to speak.  A recorded message comes on saying "If you are a senior citizen.... emergency medical alert system... press one to find out how to get one..."  So, I pressed one and the person who answered the phone said "emergency senior benefits, this is Will, with whom am I speaking?"  I told them they should know since they called me and that they are not allowed to contact me since... "CLICK".  They hung up.  My guess is that they are trying to dupe seniors into giving them their personal information (including credit card and social security number) but when someone challenges them on the other end of the phone, you can't get three words out before they hang up.  This is a scam, through and through.

Called my house at 10:18 am in the morning and I am on the "Do not Cal List".

Called on July 4th and didn't leave a message.

Report all phone calls regarding this # to the State of Ohio Attorney General's office. They will track down the user.

What is the purpose of calling a number and responding. What I like to do is answer the phone and tell them someone is at the door and ask if they can hold on for a minute - then I never return. At least it ties up one of the "representatives". Total losers if you ask me. If the govt really wanted to stop this they could. We have lots of unemplyed people, put them to work hunting these idiots down. We have the technology. I am on the Do Not Call list, I have toaked with the Ohio Attorney General's office and the FCC in Washington. Whne will this stop?

This robocall recorded message was about a "personal life-saving emergency medical alert system" and said the American Heart Association recommends senior citizens should get this; just press 1 for more information.
    This is our 3rd call from 330-800-3859 in the past month.  Caller ID says "Unavailable."  I never press 1 or talk with their live operator because they are low-life scum con artists - that's why they call in violation of DNC list.

I received a call from this number but they did leave a message.  It was a very lengthy message about getting senior benefits.  At the end of the message there was an option to press a number to be removed from their calling lilst but that doesn't work in a voice mail message.  I tried to call them back and was told that the number was temporarily unavailable.  I am registered with the do not call registry and shouldn't be receiving these sales calls

I had a voice mail message from this number on my phone.  Apparently when no one answered the caller  hung up.  I have the option to return the call, which I did, but was told the party was on the phone and the line was busy. I, too, am on the "Do Not Call" registry, which we all have seen does not mean anything.

saw this number on ID and clicked to answer although i didnt speak i quietly listened, no one on the other end spoke they just hung up.   Glad to have caller id, now i know i will let the answering machine talk to them, if they decide to call back.

The BEST thing I have come up with for these UNWANTED calls , is to have a TALKING Panasonic
BLOCKING ph # ph and a CALLER ID. Then DO NOT ANSWER any call unless you KNOW the # &/or who is calling. Once you answer, they KNOW it is a LIVE, current operating # & will NEVER stop calling. This has certainly given me more peace of mind. I too am on all DO NOT CALL Lists which are a BIG NO HELP! They do NOT one bit of good to us.

I get calls like this at 8:50 most mornings. Illegal since they call before 9am and illegal since I am on the Do Not Call registry which itself is a joke. As with everything else, money rules in this country. The phone company makes money on the calls, so nothing is done despite complaints. I have even complained to my senator who recommended the Do Not Call registry. I wonder what kind of person thinks that repeated annoying calls which are not wanted and not answered are worth their time? I disconnect on the second ring whenever possible. I never answer, speak into the receiver, or call back. Still, they keep on calling. You know Einstein's definition of insanity: continuing to do the same action over and over with negative results.

I got a call from this number for the third or fourth time now (On Memorial day as well!). I already have it blocked on my phone so it does not even ring through, yet they still keep calling.

I just tried to use the reverse lookup for this number and it's telling me it's not even a valid number... no message left here either, but still.  And btw, I am on the Do Not Call list also..big joke!

Like others, I am on the Do Not Call List but these people still call.  Filing complaints with the FTC does not good.  I have Caller ID I simply do not answer these types of calls.  Just aggravates me that I have to stop what I am doing to go answer the phone only to find out it is some telemarketer calling.

As with most of these calls, we are on the Do Not Call list which seems to be a total joke at this point.

Every call I get I now report to the Complaint Department at DoNotCall.gov.

I don't know if this will help, but at least there will be a record created of what's going on.

i got this call, abd on do not call list. i dont answer calls that i do not lnow the name or number.

No message left.  I received this call while I was on the phone with another call (we have call waiting service).  By the time I switched over to this call, it only rang a couple of times, not long enough for it to go to the answering machine, before it stopped ringing.
