They've called 15 times today. The automation cuts it off without playing if they get the machine. I called them back and they asked for a SS #. I told them I'm not giving you that, he responded with good luck to you.

The call I got was from an 800 number,800-871-1840 No name do I find for this number. The message was, we have an important matter to discause with you concerning an account number 448somthing as the woman talked real fast and gave the number 330-864-2100 ext 112 as call back number dont know who you are looking for as all my bills have been paid . thecall back number is for a  credit co. called first credit international wish they would use a person who talks slower and usees good english to make these messages.

the company is pretty messed up..........they got one employee(brandy moore), thats what she calls herself,  that is having an affair with a married older coworker and they turn the other way and pretend its not happening.  bet the ceo would love to know about it!

A recorded female voice that just states it's about 'important personal business' and to call back.  No idea even who the call is actually for.

I just got a call from them. I will not call the number.

Call About an overdue hospital bill.

My son received a call from this number on his cell phone. A female voice claimed to be from the FBI and required his assistance. In my opinion, all calls from this number are a scam.

I called back to see what it was all about and got a recording that said I would be sent to a voice mail box and that someone would be calling me back. I was put on hold indefinitely with classical music. I hung up.

Have a voicemail at least 2 times a week from this number - always delete them have never called back. If a real person cannot call me why would I return the call!

Received a message to call the toll free  number, but in the message they didn't say whom they were calling for. Toll free number:80-871-1840

I just recieved a call from this number on my cell. I let it go to voicemail. The Male 'voice' (sounded like a voicebox to the throat) claiming to be a: Seth Sharp from FCI Corporation and that it wasn't a sales call.

That he "has an important personal matter to discuss with me and to reach him at 1800 871 1840 ext 129. It is important that I speak with you, thank you."

That I was to return the call regarding an important business matter and gave an extension number ( a dead giveaway usually that its a bill collector.) I did not plan on calling back and looked up the number online to see what came up. It had the 330 number that usually is Medina ( where I lived shortly ago) that's the only reason I paid it a second thought. He never even mentioned my name.

Received the same message as all of the others - was due to not paying my daughters psychiatrist while waiting on insurance claims to be settled.  Evidently it's not worth a real person calling - so they can wait on my return call - OR - they can send me a letter.. novel idea eh?

I get a call for a Tonya Dullard....well they got my first name right. I called them back on numerous occasions asking them to delete my number. The last time I asked them why they were calling my cell phone which is illegal in WV the smirk a** just said no its not and hung up on me...

I keep getting calls from 330-864-2100. I'm getting sick and tired of recieving them and it's on my cell phone no less. I get these call sometimes up to 4 times a day. Isn't this harrassment??!!

Voice mail message does not indicate who is calling or why.  Only message is that "it is am important business" call.

"UNKNOWN CALLER" just called here...you will love the message.  First off they did say who they were calling for (yes it was a female computer voice), but my favs were the options.  Press 1 if the person is home, press 2 if the person is unable to take the call, press 3 if the person is not home, etc.  then it leaves the 330-864-2100 number to call back "regarding a personal matter".  
So I ask...how do you press 3 if you are not home?!! morons! lol

We no longer talk to any of these "people" from these unidentifiable numbers. Too many scammers out there.  If they really are collection agencies then the number needs to identify that AND they need to send a letter out first.  We WON'T deal with them on the phone.

IT WAS A MISSED CALL ON MY CELL. NOT FROM ANYONE WHO I KNOW AND HARDLY ANYONE HAS MY CELL #.

I too received one of these mysterious messages on my answering machine.  Being the curious person I am, I called them back at 330-864-2100.  They asked if I received there letter and I told them NO because I don't know who they are or what they want.  It seems my local hospital turned over a so called delinquent account of mine for $29.62.  I pulled my records and found the proof where this enormous amount was paid in May (right after I received my first statement from the hospital) over the phone.  I even called the hospital today and they said yes it was paid and they didn’t know why it would have been turned over to a collection agency.  Now I had to fax the collection agency a copy of my bank statement where it shows it was paid.  A lot of B.S. for something that was PAID IN FULL over 3 months ago.

Yes, I guess the collection agency is just doing their job – but they do need to have better communication with their clients

I have received 3 of these calls and they sound the same as all the other folks received.  They do not ask for me by name and until they do I will not return their call.  Thank you.

This is a nasty collection agency with some very young and stupid supervisors.

They left a message on my phone.  I looked up your responses before I called them back.  The call was answered quickly.  Two people fumbled with a telephone (don't they invest in headsets?), before someone finally spoke.  She picked up my number from caller ID.  She said she wasn't pulling up anything by that number, and then asked if she could have a name in the household.  I told her to tell me who she was calling for, and then I could tell her if she had the right number.  She goes, "it doesn't work that way. It works the other way around".  But, instead of arguing with me, she said whoever called would call again, and I should just try to answer during the ring.  I don't know.  Based on what I've read here, and the response from the lady who answered, this sounds very suspicious to me.
