GET ME THE HECK OFF THIS STUPID CALL LIST!!!  I HAVE REPORTED THIS NUMEROUS TIMES AND I'M STILL GETTING CALLS.  I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO A NATIONAL AGENCY AS HARASSMENT AND WANT OFF THIS CALL LIST NOW!

I have called the number back many times to be place on their "do not call list," but they keep calling.

Call back 3309-401-987 and press 1 for DO NOT CALL LIST. Allow a couple of days for the process to complete.

I get as many as 5-6 phone calls a day from these people and don't know what to do to make it stop!  They keep saying that they are trying to give me stimulus $ (or something?) to reduce my energy bill, and that they want my account number from my Duke Energy Bill.  Very disturbing!

Start receiving calls from 330-940-1987 as early as Nov. 9th.  Twice a day in average.  Shows up as "ASSISTANCE"  The beginning of the message says "Financial Stimulus..." and no details.

Pls stop this

Repeat calls over and over again to our business phone costing us alot of money
Put on do not call list doesn't help
Does anyone know if Police or someone can stop this , we all are saying the same thing

Calls numerous times a day sometimes as short as thirty minutes a part and never leaves messages.

I live chatted with the Ohio Attorney General's office and they sent me a Consumer Complaint  form to fill out and return. This is the only way to get back at them. If enough people do this, I'm quite sure the Ohio Attorney General will take action against Ohio Energy Solutions

Received phone calls from 330/940-1987.  No one on the other line.  They do not leave messages.  Reminds me of Allied Interstate (866/435-1646).  Called the 330 number back, recording comes on stating to press one if you want to be put on their do not call list.  Pressed one, recording said that it will take up to 24 hours.  I'm really getting fed up with this crap!  This 330 number has called me 4 TIMES this evening within the past 2 hours.  What good does it do to be put on the Do Not Call List if people/companies like this continue to call and pester the hell out of us?!!!

So far today they have called 5 times beginning at 8:30 AM.  I have recalled the number at least a dozen times and have repeatedly requested they stop calling me.

They claim to be Ohio Energy Assistance located in Akron Ohio - however, trying to locate their physical location in Akron is impossible. Because they are an Ohio based company you can file a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs - Attorney General State of Ohio. Will it do any good? Well, probably not but at least you'll be on record if anything actually does come of the complaint (like them getting them getting fined) you might be eligible for some type of monetary relief.

it comes up on our caller ID as "Assistance" 4 times today already! it is all automated, trying to say that i can get a reduction on my electric bill. It says you can opt out by pressing 2 or press 0 for an agent and also tells me to make sure i have my electric bill handy.  i pressed 0 and a chick came on the line announcing her agent #. she asked me for my account # and i toldher i wanted off this list as it has contacted me 4 times since this morning-like every hour.  she said  " No problem ma'am" and immediately hung up.

they keep calling claiming to  representatives for a govt  reduction in  heating costs if you are current on your bill and not using  pip etc. when you try to call back the mail box is activated and conveniently full. I have answered several times and asked to have my number removed to no avail. I have also asked to speak to a supervisor and then they hang up.  How can I stop these people?

Keep calling and when I answer there is no one there.  Have had 4 calls already today.  I called back and there is no answering message of who this is, just a message that tells you to press #1  if you do not want anymore calls from them, which I did.  I am on the National Do Not Call list and will be sending this info to them.  Any info on who this is would be helpful

They call and hang up when you say hello.   Tried calling back several times, recording said to press #1 if you want on a "do not call" list but then nothing.   Fourth time I called it apparently went through, supposedly going to be on the DNC (not dem natl comm) list within 24 hrs.   If we get another call we will check out pressing harassment charges,.
