Chase Auto Finance collections. If they are calling you, which they will do four or five times a day, then it means you are 15 days or later on your car payment. They will work with you on any type of payment, and even have the power to move a missed payment to the end of your finance term. Call them back or pay your payment and they will stop calling.

This is a Chase Auto Finance collection number.  If you don't have a loan with them; I would suggest calling the number - you get a recording, from there, either talk to a rep or go through the auto system; obtain a mailing address & write to them - if you continue to get calls; contact your local BBB or consumer protection agency.  Keep a copy of your calls/written docs for future reference.  If you DO have an acct with them; just follow the voice mail prompts.

** Note: if you don't return the call or write to them; you will continue to get the calls until you respond.

I am 30-40 days late of my car payment. I told them that I don't have money and they said they report to credit bureau. I told them okay. They also told me car will be repossessed after 60days. So waiting for 60 days to pass.

This company has pushed me and my husband to the breaking point.  I just had a baby and we had a job lay off so we didn't have the money for the payment at the time. My husband told them that and they kept pushing to set up a payment. He said that we didn't have the money and they said "so can we set up a payment?" what pert of no money do they not understand?

Didn't answer. Tried calling them back, and got the "line busy" beeping. Yeah. Can't see a big company like Chase having a number busy.

I think "beware" has it right.

This is not really Chase- they are phishing.
Do not belive any post that tells you go ahead and call them back and enteryour info. They are her leaving reports as you can see-telling you to do that.

Our account was on an automated withdrawl setup, and was current and on-time for 5 years.  Chase cancelled the very last payment, and therefore we "missed" our last payment.  CORRUPT, UNETHICAL, ILLEGITIMATE business practice!!!  Never do business with them!

had this happen for months... and the money was always in the bank for them to take.{we had auto pay}. they would wait till it was past due and then call every hour on the hour!!... and they fed-ex me a note saying "we are gonna re-po your car" signed with a big smilie face at the bottom!!!..then they even sent a re-po man!!!.. after the hubby deployed to Afghanistan, they started calling again.. when i answer they would ask for him and when i told them were he was they would hang up on me!!!... this went on for a month or so then they E-mailed my hubby in Afghanistan and told him to fix it {yeah.. inbetween dodging bullets and IUD's i am sure he will have time for that!!}.. so he refurred the girl to me... FINIALLY, they would talk to me!!... come to find out they had the wrong routing number for my account all this time.. IT WAS THIER FAULT!!!!!!!... the lady was nice enough to drop all my late charges for me... But seriously.. if you have a loan from these people... refi with someone else!!!! they are unrealiable..and rude and as we can see.. not to damn bright..... funny.. they b***h for their money while they are borrowing it from the goverment... LOLOLOLOLOLOL

In Texas their cut off time is 8pm, and it is against the law for any collection agency to call on Sundays, but they do anyway.
Same thing happens to me, my son has a car financed through them and I'll be thrilled the day he gets it paid off.  They call THE DAY after he misses his pay date.  I finance my vehicle through NMAC and in Texas we have a 30 day grace period.
I just stopped answering and hit the ignore button on my phone.

It is Chase Finance...They do this to us as well, our payment is due on the 1st of every month, and they will start calling on the 5th. They will call and call and call non stop until you tell them when you sent off a payment. They said theri Grace period is the 1st..not 16 or 30 days like other companies are, and they have every right to call between the times of 7:30 am -9:00pm.
I have reported them to the BBB,  That was last month, I haven;t heard anything back, as far as I know, Chase owns them as well. It is harrasement, and it needs to stop, maybe if everyone who has posted on here will write to the BBB maybe something will get done. Not all of us is as rich as the company.

Today ive recieved calls at 9:13am,9:15am,10:18am,12:00pm,12:34, and 12:59.  I'm one day late! And still within my grace period!  On top of that the account manager calls me at work very rude, and scolding! Dont ever finance through chase. They'll never stop calling you.

I do not have a Chase Auto Loan or any other Chase credit cards and they call me all of the time. Called on a Sunday morning of all days to call a person. I am on the do not call list and I am beginning to think the do not call list is a joke as well!!!!

Got lots of calls. Called the number back, pressed 1 for English, then * for representative. Got on the phone - they were looking for someone else, who must have had my number before I did. The rep said he'd have it taken off. Hopefully that will be that. ** Note: if you don't return the call they probably won't stop - it's automated.

AMEN! TELL ME WHERE I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT! Today alone I have rec'vd ELEVEN CALLS!! Like others, some Minutes apart! This is not collections this is HARASSMENT! My payment is DUE the 15th which is TUESDAY, today is the 12th and everytime I DO SPEAK TO THEM....they want to know....WHEN AM I GOING TO PAY MY BILL!!!  How about THE DUE DATE!!! Yet I am told my number has been put into the cycle and will continue until my payment is made!!! AND NEVER IS there a supervisor or superior to speak to!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE JOIN WITH ME HERE!!

They call MORE THAN for or five times a day.  Try four or five times an hour!
Some calls are less than a minute apart.  I have filed a complaint with my State Attorney General and advise others to do the same.  For the reps at Chase, hope you're reading this.

This number continues to call me at work, I do not and have NEVER had an account with them...if it does not stop I will report it to everyone and anyone!!!

They came to my wifes work and repoed the SUV and we were only one payment behind. They even sent out a private investigator.

I paid off my Chase auto loan three years ago. During my time with them I was NEVER late on a payment. I have an extremely high credit score and impeccable credit. I find it curious I started getting these calls one week after I ran my annual free credit check through Experian. I think the two are somehow linked. The number they called me from to add to the list is: 713-750-2005.

This idiot calls my cell phone about 10 times a day & never leaves a message!  I do not want them calling me as for I do not have a Chase account nor owe anyone any money!  Lose my #%8^*!! number & get a real job!

Yeah if you are a day late on a vehicle payment Chase Auto Finance will call your phone numbers on file even the people you listed for references. I just talked to them yeasterday because I am late with my payment and she told me they will keep calling even though I did a post dated check for when I can pay it in a few days. She also told me that my vehicle could be repossesed even though they have this post dated check, and to keep checking back every few days on the status of my account. This is a buch of BS, I too agree, but they are only trying to collect what money is owed to them. If you do not like the phone ringing turn off the ringer, that is what I did. ALSO, they have a thing called and extention. You can get a month to three month extention on your vehicle loan and not have to pay on it in 1-3 months, which is helpful. BUT your excuse has to be better than a job lay off, I guess that is not good enough. An excuse they will accept is that you were in the hospital ill. I HOPE THIS HELP!

i have been recieving calls from this company as well for like about 5 days and they have to been calling atleast twice a day. -very irritating- not a verizon customer i have alltel. however, it got annoying so i dialed the number back and right off they asked for account number and SSN heck no was gonna give my SSN out so i told him i'm not a customer of their's so he checked my number and asked if i knew two people -which i hadn't- he said i'm sorry and took my number off. not sure if my number was dialed wrong or if they mixed up my number in all this mess.

I was late one time recently with Chase auto. I communicated to them that they would recieve their payment within 10 days. Immediately, I started receiving collection calls from this number. Unrelenting!

If you have the Verizon EnV2 phone you can go into Tools then Phone Settings then Security. It will ask for your security key (if you haven't changed it then it's usually the last 4 digits of your phone number). Select the Restrictions setting (it will ask for the security code again). Select Calls then Incoming Calls. You want to select Contacts Only. This will block all calls that are not on your contacts list. Hope this helps.
