I received a call from them also. They have only called me 3 times.  I called them back, he had my name and said that I applied for a pay day loan And if I would give him my banking info they will wire the money to me.  I said really a payday loan. Told him I would use a credit card before I would even try to use a payday loan.  He hung up.  I waited an hour called back, then they told me I owe for a payday loan and wanted me to pay $250.00.  Then asked how did I want to pay?  I told him let me take a healthy S**T and I will send it FedEx he hung up.  Then I called him back a few hours later, now I owe them $325.00.  Threaten me with court, then I would put in jail, I ask him to bend over so I could FXXXX him.  He started to get tongue tied and said he wasn't a man, told him that is even better!  I then I told him I need a camel, he said we don't have camels.  So I then said ok, let me pull start your Turban on your head so I can get around town.  He hung up.   For once people have fun.  If they have the balls to do this get some balls and have some fun.  They have not called me since.  NO LEGAL AGENCY WILL DO ANYTHING SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.  ALSO YOU CAN THANK MAJICJACK.  THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE USING TO CALL YOU WITH.

Keep it up call them back several times it may cost them money!

this is a scam and the FBI has been notified of this number i called them on friday and they state they have evidence that it is a scam and trying to track them down and once they do they will find justice. Do not do anything with these people they are trying to scam you out of money.

got call from these people 3 times to day they say i have a unpaid loan that they are collection for but want tell me how the the loan is for.

I RECEIVE THESE CALLS THREE TO FOR TIMES A DAY STATING I OWE A PAYDAY LOAN, I HAVE NEVER TAKING OUT A LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE. WHEN I ASKED WHO WAS THE LOAN WITH HE REPLIED" DON'T F****NG WORRY ABOUT IT, LEARN HOW TO PAY YOUR BILLS". THESE CALLS ARE BECOMING QUITE ANNOYING. THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING DONE TO PUT A  STOP TO THESE PEOPLE.

Got a call a few minutes ago, did not answer and now I am glad I did not.  Had a feeling that it was a bad call.

2nd phone call I've got like this today.  Seems I get them about every 3 months or so.  I did the online pay day loan (big mistake) and ever since have been getting these calls.  I know they are scams becasue I've PAID the loans back. 1st number 714-733-5618 (CA number)  2nd number 330-989-2468 (OH).  Thick middle East accents, start by rattling off my info.  I immedately say "I can't confirm any information.   You are welcome to mail me proof of debt, but I happen to know this is a scam".  Guess what, they hang up.  Big surprise.  I've got the threatening voice mails before too.  They've called my work before but I've informed my employer that these are scam calls and to just hang up if they get them.

They need to get a life or report it to my credit  report if they have  the nerve to

repeatedly get calls from this number, hang up before they answer back. calls come at 5AM, 6AM and again at 7AM. Very annoying

I am getting the same call, about a loan that I never took out, and if I didnt have an attorney, I would be arrested at my job or home.

I keep getting a call from this # threating me with jail time, law firm, His name was Michael Williams, he doesnt speak very good english.

I have asked him to stop harrasing me, but continues to call and do so.

My father received a call from this number asking for me. The caller sounded like he was from Pakistan or India - an accent similar to that. He did not give my father any information as to where he was from or how much money I supposedly owed, only that I had never paid the loan and that the balance had been owed for about a year. My father refused to give the caller my phone number. I asked my wife to call to find out dates, amount, information, etc. as I was very confused to what this was all about. When my wife called, the caller began sexually assaulting her - he said her voice was like honey, asked her age, if she was married or had any children, etc., and also told her that "I have just received information that your son or daughter is mine."

I just started receiving phone calls from this number..If I see numbers that I know I don't answer.  I'm going to report their number to the Federal Trade Commission......will they please go and loook for a REAL Job and quite trying to take money off of hard working individuals.....stop the harrassing...most of the calls are from the foreign language....

I get these calls quite often. I find it hilarious that anyone would fall for it. I used to tell them off. Then I started just hanging up. Neither option worked long term. Now, when the caller tells me that there is a lawsuit against me, I say: "No, there isn't. Does anyone fall for this? If so, they're stupid, but I'm not. Do not call me again." I usually don't hear from them for a long while, since they know I'm not afraid of them and know it's a scam.

Sometimes they'll try to frighten you by reading off your Social Security number. Your SS# is out there all over the place, nothing to be too concerned about.

Just tell them you're not stupid, to stop calling, then hang up.

I got a call saying that I was being sued by Hector and Associates (or something like that, he sounded like he was from India so his speech was difficult to make out) because of a Checks Cashing loan I didn't pay off. I have never been to a checks cashing place in my life let alone take a loan from one. They gave me an old address I haven't lived at for 6 years and an old e-mail I don't use any more. Its a little disturbing that they even have this information about me.

I just got a strange call from a man with phone # 330 217 7536 saying he used, to know me from the past through my man (that's when I knew) I don't know anybody that would use those words, Anyway it's freaky to see how people would use anything you do to try to scare you, I think my phone # was taken from Craigs list.

An individual called identifying him self as being from hector and associates law firm. Told me that I was being sued for taking out a loan that I never took out. then tried to tell me that I could take care of it over the phone. From a law firm?

I too, have just received a phone call from this number (330 989 2468 / Niles,OH). The guy (with an Indian accent) told me that I applied for a $300+ loan and that it has to be paid right away. If not, he threatened me that a lawsuit will be filed against me. When I said to him that I never applied for such a loan, he then transferred me to a person which is suppose to be their "Attorney". These f****rs (excuse my French there) thought that they got me fooled. It was amazing that they got all of my personal info except for one... they have my nickname on their file instead of my real name. Only my friends know me by that nickname and never used it to apply for something (let's say, oh yeah... A $300 loan). The funniest thing is when I heard the first guy just handing the phone to someone sitting next to him who is suppose to be the attorney. I guess the idiot forgot to press the mute button on his phone.

So yeah, I too therefore conclude that this is a SCAM. And whatever they say to you, don't give them more info about you.

Just got this call as well.  From 330.989.2468.  Indian guy with a accent making him hard to understand.  Said he was with Hector in Associates and was threatening all sorts of legal action was going to be taken against me unless I complied with them.  I got irritated with his tone and let him know that I am aware of my rights and that you cant call me and threaten me unless I pay you money that I have not been shown any documentation that I even owe.  I stated asking him a bunch of questions about who he was representing, where they were located, what his name was, and when I asked to talk to HIS manager he hung up on me.  When I called the number back I got some automated message about how this Happy Jack Customer was not available and could not receive any additional messages.  I hate these scammers trying to prey on people through fear and intimidation.  Should all be strung up and lit on fire.

He keeps calling my work - claiming to be Steve Jones from Hector Associates.  We have at a min. 15 hang-ups from him a day.  So I have vowed to call back everytime he hangs up and ask him if he needs anything, and to quit calling our place of business and hanging up.  This last time he told me "That i am in grave danger if i do not give him my name," (in a very thick accent) "to spread my legs far apart as he is going to cum cum cum into them." Then when I told him these conversations were being recorded in order to be reported to the FBI, he called me a dirty bit**. Look, with all of the government we have in place is there really nothing we can do about this guy!. I have called back before and asked to speak to different people that have been listed by other bloggers and they put me on hold a min and the same guy picks up claiming to be someone else. With all are technology isn't there something that we could do. (This is not our first time with him either, he called months earlier with the Pay Day scam and threatened court.)  If there is nothing we can do, then I might as well call him back and harass him.

I received a call at 8:03A.M. on 10/17/2011. Saying that if I paid $400.00 today, that I would not have to go to court.  Dominic was his name.  He will not send me any documentation until I pay the money.  He called on this phone # and said I should  call him at this # 714 983 8179.  Second time I was threatened to have to go to court.

its a scam..they call asking for someone else..wont take my name off their scam list...im to the point i want them to die a harsh death

One of those scams that says if you don't call right away they can't help you and god bless.....Really!  Do people really fall for this?
