Same with me he said he was my cousin he knew my name and where I lived and he said he was coming over but he never did

This guy called saying he was my cousin and that he wanted to come visit from San Antonio! So I said that's fine! He asked if we wanted anything like a gift. The next day He called saying that he had gotten into an accident. He told me if I could send $1,500 to a bank in Mexico. If not he said that he would get arrested and his car would get towed. I told him I don't have any money. He called about 3-4 more times and finally he got pissed off that I kept telling him I don't have any money. Watch out for this guy. And don't believe any of it.!

Have been getting plenty of calls from these  Dudes...today 6/3/14 decided to answer phone. Immediately a spanish speaking dude said: hello Tia, how are you, & asked for mi primo cousin(got the name from phone book) . I told him  that he and all other  your other15 mexicans primos (cousins)  are in Mexico - & in a few hrs. I was also going back to Mexico ..
Just waiting for the immigration  patrol officers to get here  . Glad you called because La Migra (immigration ) is looking for you . Now that you called , they will be able to find you  shortly.. My phone # is being tapped.
He asked me if I knew who he was.  Said "yes", you are Pablito, right?  He said: "yes, tia, soy yo (it's me I ) Good, I said, now Immigration has  your name and  number,  Your other cousins in Mexico  will be contacting you real soon  cause by this time LaMigra has already deported them and started  legal action against them & maybe you will also be involved.
He never got a chance to get his  "punch line"  to me.  .. asking for money .  
Quickly this dude Pablito  hanged the phone ...left me talking on the line . He heard enough - Immigration looking for illegals

Just now got a call from this number.... He said he was family from Mexico, and wanted to speak to his uncle (name). When questioning his name, he hung up. Beware people..... 331-087-4912

He just call me !! He told me that he is my nephew and said my name !!! All in Spanish !!! He asked me if I was ( my name) and I said you have the wrong number ! Omg    

This idiot called my elderly parents attempting to pass himself as a relative, kept trying to convince mom and mom asked for his full name, he kept saying, "Cousin, we're family", mom hung up on him. He called back with a different number, same 331 area code. BEWARE. USED THESE 2 NUMBERS 331-087-4912 & 331-806-9574.

He called us today didn't ask for money but tried to convince us he was related to my fathers side. Funny how some people are desperate for money. Man the f*** up and get a job like the rest.

This guy is a SCAM ARTIST - WATCH out for this call!!!  He called my elderly mother and got information from her telling her he was a long lost nephew and that he wanted to come and visit us.  Please watch out for this man who speaks english and spanish.  He gets information from you and pretends he knows you and has been missing for years.  He knew too much information.  But he gets the information from elderly people.  Please watch out for him and this number.  I will pray to My Lord, that he gets caught.  He is a danger to Society.  Please watch out.

Somebody from this number called me saying that was my sobrino and when we said to identify himself he start insulting us with the worst words, so we hang up.

This same guy called today giving the same tj story talking about having $20k.

Yes people don't fall for his s***. He told us that they detain him in TJ talking about he had over the limit cash so he had to pay some taxes  and hire a lawyers on the spot and that he would pay my dad once he arrived to LAX. The minute he talk about money I figure that it was all a scam....

Same thing happened to my mom yesterday and today. Guy calls says he's nephew and guess name. Mom gives names he picks one. Today he calls and needs $1000 to cross border . I caught on with fake number. He then cussed my mother out. This is a vile man who should be caught and receive a severe and painful punishment.

This is the 4th time the same guy calls..he always calls asking for my mother...on this last call he used profanity ...he called at 5:24 PST November 24 2013

Yes, this spanish speaking guy called this morning from cid# 331-087-4912 and said he was calling from family in Mexico, and when i insisted to give out his name, he refused and use profanity at me and then hung up call. They must have a directory due that he was asking for correct party that resided at home phone # he dialed. Be very careful with this types of calls.

He wants the money sent to Mexico to a "Maria Guadalupe Ayala Gonzalez" to Mexico "zapopan, Jalisco"

This is fraud!!! Don't believe it! He called my mom saying that he was a nephew. Asking for $2000. Don't believe it!

My mom is here visiting and got a call yesterday 08/02/13 from this same number stating it was her cousin and he was here visiting from Texas and was in San Diego broke down, did some fishing around for information like the previous entries above, my mom is a smart cookie and started calling the "cousins sister" just to make sure it was him or not ALL BAD A TOTAL SCAM!! Please be careful of this I have had friends be dooped into giving lots of money and it is all just a scam!!!

I have gotten a call from this number twice. One in May stating that he was my nephew and that he needed money because he was coming to visit me and his car broke down. The other call was on June 29. This time he stated that he had lost his wallet with all his money and needed money. Be very careful with these guys as when they first call and you ask who is calling they will tell you to guess and if you give them a name they will say "yes that's me." - or they'll say "it's your favorite nephew/cousin" then if you say a name they'll say "yes it's me how are you doing." - and if you are like me who has a ton of family everywhere you can very easily fall into their trap.

I have received a phone call from the same number, this guy called me 2 days ago (May 20th), using the same story., but I`m in Mexico. Looking at the USA area codes, I know that this person has been calling from Illinois. This person speaks English and Spanish...so, take care with this guy.
