We just received a call from 331-394-4155... same example as before. He said that he was a nephew and that he would be coming into town tomorrow and needed my cell# and address. He used a name that I recognized and therefore believed at first until he spoke more, I asked for his last name and would never say his last name. He said he was the eldest nephew and that we should know who he is...... SCAM please hang up and do not give him any info.

I just got a call from 1-331-394-4155 Guy speaking English heavy Hispanic accent claiming he was a cousin and he gave me our last name and I lied and said I think you have the wrong number and he got upset and hung up. This is definitely a scam we had gotten a call before and same thing just as everyone here keeps saying about an airport and he needs money all this crap we fell for and lost 200 dollars don't be like us! I looked the area code and found this website i was surprised on how many ppl are getting called its crazy. Don't give any info.

got this call said they were our nephew wanted our address but they also knew our name and ask if they had gotton the right residence by last name they vever showed up but when they called again my husband got into with them over the phone then hanged up never called again

This guy calles and says that his my cousin and knows everyone by first name and also knows last name and that he needs money to come to USA that he is on the border and needs 1600 dovisitllars and please dont tell mom or dad ill be there in a couple of days for a visit visit visit

Just now answered the call usually don't answer numbers I don't recognize!   Decided to act dumb and answer aggressively and with an ancient ., plus hard of hearing!   They gave up...  Hey if you can't beat them..  Might as well have fun with them ...  

Total family-member scam.  There's a lot of them coming in on area code (313) for some reason.  Same thing happened to me.  Guy called and said he was "my oldest grandson"  I have no kids.  I knew it was a scam from the start.  They usually want money and ask you to use either Western Union or those green dot money cards, or whatever the call 'em now.  Don't fall for it.

Could be an impostor scammer in a foreign country. Usually these fiends ask for a grandparent, but the story can be easily edited.
