Same number called.. Blocked.. (straight to voice announcement without ringing).. 9/5 @4:31pm EST..

I thought my do not call must have expired or something because of the number of junk calls I've been getting lately.  I went to the website and entered all of our phone numbers and got e-mails that, indeed, they were registered with DONOTCALL and there was never any need to re-register a phone number.  They do not "expire."

Got several calls from this number..no one on the other line...The DO NOT CALL list lets this number get thru HARRASING CALLS...

block the calls dial *60 and follow directions.  end of story

Creeps just called, then hung up after 3 rings. I/D is "name not found" . I put them on my blocked list; I hope it works!

3322097992 keeps calling - If you answer  - they say nothing - let it ring to go to voice mail - no voice mail. we are on the DNC. How do you get them to stop calling??

These people call every day for the past week and the line goes dead. How can they be reported

This number has been calling us for some time now -- if we answer, there is no one on the line.  We are registered with the DNC list.   What a nuisance these calls are!

Received 3 calls this morning and answered the first call.  No one said anything and I heard a click which indicated that the caller had hung up.  It is really a nuisance and am puzzled that there is nothing we can do to stop these individuals.  The 332 area code is listed for several cities and states in the US but in some instances, it is listed as an invalid area code.  I do not plan to answer the phone again when the caller ID shows that it is this number--332-209-7992.

DNC listed since it began.. This number called today, thanks to 800 notes.. The number is now blocked..

011 or 11 and 33 is for calls to France. If you look up the international numbers.
011 or 1 and 44 is the UK.

Won't stop calling and when the phone is answered no one is on the other end.

This number calls my home phone at least 5 times a day. My experience is similar to everyone else's who have commented here. I have yet to speak with someone on the other end. Is it worth it to stay on the line and tell them to never call my # again?

Same here! Usually if I have to say hello more than 2x.I hang up. I finally waited until a guy came on. Same routine about family security business. Wanted to install "free" security system in exchange for putting a "small" sign out front. I said no. He then said, "let me just verify if you are a homeowner". I hung up.
I just tried to have 3 numbers blocked through Nat. Do not call site. 2 of the 3 couldn't be blocked because the area codes are bogus. I think it's a scam to see if anyone is home or not most days. really creepy. Anyone know what next step is?

I too just received a call from this number and am located in Jacksonville, FL.  I work from home so I answered as if I were a business as the caller ID reflected NAME NOT FOUND.  Soon as I stated my name and asked HOW MAY I HELP YOU, they hung up.

Received a call from this number with a 1 as an integral prefix to the number 1-332-209-7992.  No message left when call screening answering machine picks up; but the continued harassment calls continue at various times of day.  Search of area code 332 shows it in IL.  Recommend victims of these CRIMINALS make sure you are registered with FTC/Do Not Call list, and then report each instance of CRIMINAL violation to the FTC and request they prosecute and put these types of CRIMINAL firms out of business.

Have received calls recently from this number here in the Jacksonville, FL area.

I looked up the 332 area code and it said it was in Illinois.  So I was interested about the comment that the call came from France.

I thought it was Karl Rove getting a head start on disqualifying Democrat voters!

these CRIMINALS call DNC registered phones hawking their telemarketing products.  File complaints with FTC and request they prosecute these criminals for DNC violations

This number called our house 7 times today.   Nobody was ever on the line until later in the day when I answered the call on the first ring.  After a short delay, a guy was on the phone.  He was pimping a FREE cellular alarm system.  all I had to do was put a sign in front of my house.  I promptly told him to put him on the do not call list.. Which we are already listed therein.  When I went to the governmental complain website, that same government that will run ObamaCare, the complaint wouldn't register because 332 isn't a valid area code.

I have been barraged by phishing, telemarketing, & credit cards for lower interest. The most laughable repeat call is from various types of bank card services praising me for making my payments on time for the last sux months or more. This is laughable because my husband and I did away with our cards six YEARS ago. Thankfully our home phone system affords a block list in the phone book. Thankfully the blocked numbers only ring once. I know when a blocked caller is still calling. My phone will ring once about six-seven times a day. Before I added these numbers to my block list they were either as mentioned above or no one  was  on the line. I am documenting all this and yes, I have registered with the national do not call. Should I call them periodiy and re-register. Today was the first time 332-209-7992 has called. If anyone knows if I should register ea year or so for do not Callisto plz tell me.

I have gotten three calls from this number. It cames out of New York State.  The  caller has disguised this number to look as if it is coming from France.  They have used 11332097992.  If you look it up the international number for France is 11-33.    Or it can be 011-33.   I have caller Id and it comes up name unavailable.  They have called me three times.The first time they called me using 332-209-7992. Now they are calling me using 11332097992.  They left no message. I will not answer it.  This call appears to be a scam.
