I have received these calls for 2 months now, but I believe they are using different numbers. Very annoying, especially when I share the cost through international roaming.

I got a call from this number trying to sell me an extended car warranty. I know how they got my number. i bought my car from a Nissan dealership.

sweet just got one...
anon 2011-06-06 20:46:26 Unknown
I got a call from this number earlier too, didn't pick up. I also got my car from a Nissan dealership. But I doubt it's related, since ppl are getting calls that don't even own cars.

yup. it's junk and spam. follow one of the above poster's links to file a complaint with the fcc. it shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

I've been receiving these calls at work, just got one at home. How annoying.

Just missed a call from this number. I've also been getting these calls ever since our dealership enstated our GM Master Guard Warranty four months ago. Which I'm wondering whether that means they sold our number. Very annoying. We're in northern CA.

I've been getting phone calls from this number quite a bit with the same message that my car warranty is about to expire. It had been going on for quite a while and the last call came just yesterday. It's really annoying!!!

On August 1st they tried to send me a fax, obviously it didn't come through. Googled their number today and found this site. I couldn't find anymore info on the number other than here.

I don't even HAVE a car and they keep calling me.
Kayleen 2011-06-06 20:46:26 Unknown
Have received repeated calls over past 2 months. I started pushing "2" to be removed from the call list, but the calls keep coming. Finally pushed "1" to speak to a representative. When I told him we're on a do not call list, he actually was rude to me. Unbelievable.

What type of scam is this. I get calls from people about warranties all the time but don't have one. What would the reason be to phone us. We aren't going to say "Oh okay I better send a check" so what is this woman's objective?
d 2011-06-06 20:46:26 Unknown
i received this call a few days ago about my warrenty being almost up. its funny since my warrent still has like 60k miles til its up, i know that for a fact since i just switched my ford from lease to own and they informed me that my warrenty is good til 100k miles (or so many years, i think like 4 or 5..)

funone007 2011-06-06 20:46:26 Unknown
I just got a call from them but did not answer. When I googled the number, I got a listing for:
Mattie Casaday (334) 257-3715
5210 Macedonia Rd, Notasulga, AL 36866
Funny, if she is calling about car warranties, it is most certainly a scam since living in NYC, I don't have one.

sal 2011-06-06 20:46:26 Unknown
Me, too. I'm in Rochester NY with an old, old car... long out of warranty. Got a call from 334-257-3715 around 11am today. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.
Ticked off! 2011-06-06 20:46:26 Unknown
This number is someone calling about a warranty expiring. It's funny, when you call it back, you get a message saying the number has been disconnected. This should be against the law.
When I asked "Mike" what company he was calling from, he said "disregard the call" and hung up on me.

I reported these people to the FCC. If I knew where they were actually located I would go to their place of business, digital video camera equipped, and go hurt someone there, laugh about it, and then upload the video to YouTube.com. Spammers NEED to be hurt. Otherwise they will continue on. They are so sneaky, we need to route them out like the vermin they are, kind of like how farmers erradicate gophers and other pests. Varmints beware, if I find you, you're gonna get HURT. Just beware. I'm saying this publicly, if I find you, you're gonna get HURT.
