This is a legitimate survey company.  My wife has done surveys for them and gotten checks for answering an hour's worth of questions.

Left message saying they were looking for people to participate in a 1-day research project which would pay $175 and meet at a local hotel.

I went to the seminar. It was a mock trial. Not saposed to talk about the paticulars. It was interesting and I got paid 350 dollars in cash when we got done. Was a cool deal.

I got a call from this company, said they would pay me $350.00 to participate in a 2 day discussion panel about local issues. I have participated in research oportunities before and know they do things like this so I agreed. will post back afterwards and let you know how it went.
