Received a call from 202-506-1967 they said I was going to receive a government grant, I did not give ant personal information the call back # thy gave me was 203-308-5078

got the call and the woman identified herself as with the federal government and they were going to direct deposit $7,000 into my bank account - like right! golly gee wiz the feds are going to give me money just for being a good guy - i cant believe my luck - i mean these callers must think just because i am from the South that i must be stupid - i dont think so - so I made up a bank and account number and gave it to her - she was most pleased to get the information and told me i should be getting my money in 3 business days - wait until she finds out there is no Ashley Cooper National Bank of Charleston SC and therefore no bank account for her to drain money out of - LOL

Its a scam. They call with news that you the government is going to give you grant money that is tax free.

I received a call from this Number & the guy had such a Heavy accent was hard to understand him..However: before he could go into his speech I told him this TN is on a DO Not Call List  could he please remove my Number...he replied " F**k Yourself & Die Soon!..no joke..these scamming callers are getting scarier!!!!!

Got a call from 334-356-2126 I was to receive $9000.00 grant money.in my bank account all I had to do was give my bank account number.how stupid can they get

Same thing here, but involved a $9000 grant for me from the U.S. Government.  SCAM!

I received 3 calls from this number today. I called back and got a voicemail but the voicemail was full. I'm sure this is a scam. I've had tons of these calls before. They should honestly be penalized for impersonating as a federal government official. Ugh....how can you be on the do not call list and still get calls....ridiculous.

Just called for second time this week.  No message left either time.  

Now that I know it is scammers, I will name the contact number by the name BC BC (bull#### call, Bull#### call) and go on with my life.  Sounds like they are crooks.

he calls every day at about 4:50 pm and leaves the message "hello...hello?"

They called me 3 times today .I checked this number and found they were scammers.Ha Ha Ha! got get a job instead of cheating people.

I GOT THE SAME CALL ABOUT RECEIVING 9 GRAND SO I LISTENED JUST LONG ENOUGH TO GOOGLE THE NUMBER AND FIND THIS SITE,.. I THEN INTERUPPTED HIM AND SAID YOU ARE NEVER BELIEVE THIS BUT IT APPEARS YOUR SCAMMER. I THEN STARTED TO READ ALL OF THESE POST,.. LOL I THEN TOLD HIM THAT IF THE GOV WANTS TO GIVE ME MONEY THEY CAN SEND IT IN THE MAIL.

Received a call but didn't answer.  I no longer answer calls from numbers unfamiliar to me.  These scammers are very active

Folks, you can report these calls to the Federal Trade Commission. The more people who report them, maybe the more hope of action against them.

I received a call from this number as well, 334-356-2126. The caller ID was Alabama. The woman's native language was obviously not English and it was a bad connection; I could not hear what she was saying too clearly. I did hear her say that she was with the "Grants Verification Department in Washington DC." (Hum, caller ID from Alabama? Okay, contractor, maybe. Benefit of the doubt.) I said that I had not applied for any grants and asked if this was a federal agency. She responded with the "Grants Verification Department in Washington DC" riff again. Well, I live in Washington DC and work for the federal government, so I asked her what agency this department was in. She groaned something like, "Oh, my god..." and hung up on me. I guess that I didn't get to enjoy the profanity phase of the phone call. Sadly, also, I didn't get to hear the alleged dollar amount I'd "won" either. Oh, well.

Guy called my cell, knew my fist name and told me I had a $9,000 goverment grant that I never nedded to pay back. Whitepages reverse directory gives this information for 334-356-2126

Just got a call on my cell from this number, I said 'hello' and they hung up. So why bother calling?

Got a call yesterday around from 334-356-2126. The guy said he was calling from the Government Grants Office and said he wanted to speak to me. suddenly he got very belligerent and called me a motherf***er and an a**hole, etc. Then he hung up. I've reported this to the police in case they call back.

I got a call from this number 334 356 2126 on 04/10/2013.It show the callers name is Kristy Washington.He said I got a grant of $ 1000 from the federal government which I can get in the form of cash and gave some other option.Stupid me I gave my address info to him.He gave some confirmation Id and his managers number as 203 308 5078.

a 333-4-356-2126 number called. Said they were from the US government and wanted to talk a name that was not me so I kindly told them no sorry that is not who has this phone. The man replied f*** you and hung up. Please ignore calls from this number. SCAMMERS

I received a call from 334-356-2126(Kristy Washington on caller id)...the guy says he from US Federal government and that I had been chosen to get $7000 in free grant money.  Says I can pick it up via Western Union, he gave me grant id# to use when I call his manager for further instructions on claiming money.  The # is 203-308-5078...there is no answer.  Scammers really need to get a life instead of tricking folks!
