I recently, I believed blocked their number. The worst part by far is the last 2 calls I received saying "I'm here trying to help you and if you don't do what I tell you , this will be the worst hell on earth you never knew could exist" WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They say theyre from a law firm agency. I think its crap but the law firm does exist with the matching numbers. I'm still very concerned.not sure what to do.

These guys are a total joke.  1st - They answer their phone as "A Law Firm".  2nd - Called these guys back 3 times from 3 separate numbers, each time the same guy answers the phone and gives a different name, "Rick, Rich & Justin".  3rd - If you call them back and get loud with them, they will hang up and if you try to call back they will have your number "blocked" and the call won't go through.  4th - Asked to speak with the principle of the firm, guy on the other line not only didn't know who the principle of the firm was but also didn't know what the principle of a law firm was.  5th - I have an ever growing list of "jerks" like this & when I'm bored, or just want to lay into someone, I keep their numbers in a separate contact list of jerks.  This guy now gets an air horn in his ear every time I call him.  Check & mate!

I have received so many harassing phone calls from the same person using different names and different numbers. Every time it is the same thick accent saying that i either owe something and that i will be arrested within 3 hrs or that i need to call him back with my retained attorney. i have 7 voicemails and about 15-20 missed calls from different numbers in alabama, new york, philadelphia, san fransisco, and i am currently awaiting the next area he changes his number to. i am fed up with this a**hole. i cant stand him anymore. when i learned this was a scam i had called my local police station and found that there were reports against this number and other numbers. they sent a sheriff to my home and took an informal report. i also reported all the numbers to the fcc and the police. dont let them take advantage of you. i finally was fed up that i answered and gave them a peice of my frustration but all i got in response was them calling me an a**hole back. i am at my wits end with this jerk. i cant believe he keeps harassing me so much. i dont know what his deal is but i think he just sits there and presses redial until he has enough laughs. what if this was my elderly grandmother with a heart pacer he keeps calling?? the distress would be horrible. who else is he harassing??? someone needs to end this it has been going on for almost a month already!!!!

They called my work phone twice consecutively, left one two-second blank message.  I called back and they guy said they were looking for some mispronounced version of my name, so I told him I didn't know anyone  by that name.  He said he'd put a note and no one would contact my number again.  We shall see.  Scary, though.  These other comments have me freaked out about my information being out there, especially since my work number isn't published, nor would it even be publicly linked with my name.

I have gotten this call also but it was a woman not a man she called 4 times in a row and like the other person i had applied for some but never got accepted the cops told me to just block their number. i checked to see if i had any warants from these jerks and i dont. i even got a call that said emergency number and someone claiming to be an officer with my local police so i went there to get the fax and they had no record of callin me or a fax.

This number keeps calling me and leaving messages that there are charges against me. His name is Andy Parker, he repeated my social security number and that i could be arrested.  Still wants me to call him back.  He finishes the message with good luck and good bye.  He has a foreign accent and can barely understand him.

These idiots called me 14 times in a row it comes up Alabama or France!!!!!  I told them to stop calling and she can barely speak any english.

I just got a call, they started with foolishness.  I cut them off, I told them they were scammers.  I they were officer call my sheriff department and have them call me. I then hung up my phone. They called m e back to tell me I was a SOB, however I gave them a few chose words myself.

I just got  call 40 mins ago about i had a loan from them and that i was going to jail in 30 days if i don't pay it.

They called me about an hour ago and I just started to research if I really had a warrant out. The really scarry thing is that they have my ss# and my information somehow. They read me an affidavit and everything. Like 5 different charges....this is really making me worry. What are they going to do with my personal info??? What if they have my bank account number. NOW the most frustrating part above all of this is that I was applying for loans like a month ago and never got one. I'm stressed out now. :(

This number just called me also today at 2:15pm I didnt answer the call but they left a message. i have not heard the message but i am going to. i will repost what they say. thanks

These people called me about ten times on my home phone.While I was on my cell.They said I had taken a loan for 8000 and did not pay it back.Do they really think the avg person is that stupid.I have called my bank telling them to look out fo suppise trantions.But they are a scam for sure!!

They just called my work as well if they call tell them to stop calling tell them u will call police if they call again and hang up everytime they call that is the only way to charge them with harassment  don't have a conversation w them and don't avoid the calls to file charges u have to tell them several times not to call u and hang up other wise cops won't do anything

Sadly no but you can report them to the FCC and best thing change your number if possible

An Oscar James has called me using this number and a 916 area code # and threatened to have me arrested for non payment of a loan.  I have received over 25 phone calls with this scam.  I was initially frightened until my son stepped in and showed me it was a scam.  I am up in age and if this happens to another it could cause serious health problems.  Can anything be done to stop this????

They are scam artists they call me 10 mins ago saying I had charges folded against me and that I was going to jail in 3 hours and this has happend like 10 times don't mind them at all

This number has been calling my cell and my WORK phone so I finally answered it. They are trying to get me to pay them money that I do now owe. They mentioned that I may be a victim of Identity Fraud and now they are threatening legal action against me... they also threatend to take money out of my bank account... for some reason these people have all of my information?! Are these people scam artists??
