Call is from someone wanting to know about the mileage on your vehicle and sell an extended warranty - possibly a scam.  

Got a call from this number today. Guy with a heavy accent asked for the mileage of a car I no longer own. I pretended to start crying uncontrollably and told him my wife and kids died in that car (completely untrue) and asked why he would remind me of it and make me live that hell all over again. He quickly hung up in my face. Maybe he'll scratch my number off their list now.

Just received a call from the same number, didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

this number is a scam trying to sell you extended warranty for you vehicle DO NOT GIVE INFO TO THESE PEOPLE  

I just had a guy call and said his name was Peter parker.. and he was spider man... and hung up...

yeah, they called my cell today asking about a car that I no longer have and wanting to know the mileage, when I told him I did not know the mileage he hung up.

Same thing as the posters above. Call came in at at 10:40 CDT, no voicemail, same message when I attempted callback 5 minutes later.

I got this same call. He asked about my car and also asked about how many miles were on there. Also asked me if I wanted to purchase additional warranties. I told him that I purchased additional warranties when I bought the car. He hung up before I could get that last sentence out!

Caller had heavy accent and I couldn't understand him very well.  Said something about the Pontiac processing center and asked how many miles I had on my car.  There was a lot of background noise.  I asked if he was trying to sell some kind of insurance or something.  He started saying something, but again, I could not understand him, so I said I was not interested and hung up.  He was still talking...  Yes.  Local (for me) Alabama area code.  He wasn't from these parts, though!

I'm getting the same call......

Got the same thing as Tom.  Got the call at 4:00 pm CDT while I was on the other line.  No voicemail.  When I called back I got the exact same message Tom did.

Received a call from this # @ 10:00 AM CDT on my cell. Since it was from my area code I called back. The voice replied back, " please call back during business hours, which are 7-4 Pacific time???". The area code of the # is in CDT and remember, they called a @ 10:00 CDT. By the way in doing a reverse lookup it was reported as a land line. I plan on calling later on and will post findings.  

I have no idea. 334 is Alabama area code. When you call, message says they close on Pacific Time. Alabama is Central Time.
