The same call a case and warrant in My name if i dont return the call they wish me good luck..and I laughed in their ears  and,.cursed them out because i never in My 52 years have ever borrowed any Cash from anywhere .

I am getting the same call from this number at my work and on my cell phone. Isn't there something we can do about this?? This is harassment and he is trying to make you think you are being arrested and have some huge lawsuit and wishes me much luck. Some how this has to stop!!!!

Same type of person called my work asking for me. When they were told I wasn't there he asked "are you sure?"  This upset my co worker enough to yell at him and refuse to take a message!  Ha ha scammers!

typical   call    :      you  have  some  "   mysterious"    court   case  against  you ,  which  the   caller  can't  explain   or  back  up ! ....too  easy  to  identify  as a  scam........

- off  shore  call center    ( india  usually )
- poor  english
- fake  names ,   fake  law  firm  names...........most  funny  as  hell..........

example:

caller    name   "     john    johnson"  , from  the    "   anderson"  law  firm...........

callers  are  too  stupid and  dumb   to  possibly  come  up  with  any  real  name   etc  that  is  believeable......all dead  giveaways.................

This person called me and said he was from Anderson law firm.   I asked what he wanted and he said there was a case against me.   When I asked for what he told me to hold.   In the background i could hear other voices so I knew he was in a call center.  After several minutes he was still searching for the information so I asked him what he wanted.   After several minutes more I asked again.   He then told me "to f***k you."  I believe this is the same person with a different number that called me a month ago.   I turned the voicemail over to local police who then called him.   They would not give the officer any information.   I began to harass and laughed at this person enough for him to tell me to never call HIM again.  By the way the person had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand .   I know that IF there was a case against me I would not get a phone call from a law office and a voicemail "wishing me luck if I don't return the call". Good luck to everyone who has to deal with this.   It's very frustrating that there are people out there that are trying to scam others by scare tactics and other ways!

I got a call from what  it sound Indian guy saying I have a lawsuit against me!! I couldn't understand anything else after

I recieved this call on my business as well as my personal line. he couldn't tell me the firm or what the "lawsuit" against me was. When i was transfered to his senior officer he requested my attourney's number. Wehn stated I didn't have an attourney he wanted me to take down my arrest warrant # and my case number. When I asked what firm and what my "lawsuit" was for I was just told I was getting arrested tomorrow and hung up on.

I got a call from 334-578-9903. He said his name was Shawn Peterson and that I had a case against me and that I would be arrested tomorrow.  He told me one of his officers was going to get on the line now to explain the case.  I then hung up.  He called right back and left me a voicemail that said the same thing.  

These scammers wont stop calling me...here is their number 334-578-9903...I am sure they will change it to another number...these people should be in jail!!!

Called threatening to sue and arrest me because of payday loan I never received.

The man on the phone identified himself as Shawn Peterson and was looking for an employee.  He stated that if the employee did not return his call or answer the phone he would be arrested.  I told him that when he called yesterday, to contact him at home after 5pm.  He told me again, that if he didnt talk to the employee, he would be arrested.
When I asked him who he worked for he said he was a attorney from a legal firm, would not give the name of the firm.  When I asked him what his company was listed with under with the court system and he said there was no such thing.  So,  I told him to not call my employees at work again and I repeated it several times.  I asked him if he understood me and his reply was to shut up and hung up the phone.

THEY KEEP CALLING, SAID I OWED MONEY TO CASNET USA?  THAT'S A LIE.  THEY KEEP CALLING THE POLICE TOLD ME TOMHAVE THEM SEND PPERWORK.  ONE GUY NAME SHAWN PTERSON TOLD ME TO DO SOMETHING VULGAR.  THIS IS A SCAM

I'm sorry, but with the government shudown it's hard to keep track of these things.  Are these 2 rupee posts or 4 rupee posts?  They can't be 10 rupee posts, because their lengths and quality are too low.

I got a call the man said his name is Shaun Peterson. He has a definite accent sounds Indian He called my phone and my work number.  I still have the voice mail saved to my phone. When I called the number back  the message (same mans voice) says something loan investigation department all operators are busy please stay on the line or call back later then clicks and is silent. The voice mail doesn't say loan investigation its hard to understand exactly what he does say.

Scam, indian sounding man on the other end could not provide a website or any verification as to who he is or who he works for.

These people are scammers started sending me e-mails first then the phone calls started they say i owe money from a loan cash america that i paid off a year ago i sent all the info to my lawyer he says its a scam

After calling my cell number more than 10 times in 3 days; I finally called back to see who it was and they tried to get my bank account information and a payment for a so called cash loan which I never took out; then they threatened me stating I would be arrested the next day by not paying. Everyone knows the system doesn't work that way unless you owe child support. Needless to say they keep calling from an unknown number; I filed a police report, etc... and with the social security admin website
