334-590-4284 wireless number called my home phone 3x within 10 minutes, today, 3/12/13 at 6:31PM & 6:35PM & 6:39PM. I did not answer the 1st 2 times & they did not leave a message. (But our answering machine is flukey / half dead, so might be tech issue on our machine's part). The 3rd time I answered.

Robo political call against Clay Scofield who voted FOR an Alabama education voucher bill. (And yes, we live in Alabama).

As previously mentioned by another poster, political calls are exempt from the DNC registry / rules, as there are a few other exceptions as well (donation / not for profit solicitors & I think also surveys).

But even if it was against the rules, I have found that no matter how much you report the offenders (of which my previous biggest offender was AT&T !!), either nothing is done or the slap on the wrist is so small, it has no effect.

Just another reason to get rid of our home telephone.

Received call today from this number - I didn't answer.  This is not the first time I've been called I tried to call the number - it accepts no incoming call.  HELP!!!

Keep getting political phone calls from this number for votes for JEFF NEWMAN for Alabama State Board of Education!  This is absolutely ridiculous!  I would rather telemarketers call than receive some politican BSing about how he needs my vote.  They should NOT be allowed to do this!

i keep getting calls from 334.590.4284 @ voting for some girl named wanda.  i am SICK of these calls...i didn't give them my telephone number and they are costing me money every time they call me.  i would love nothing better than to get a message to them to STOP!!!

I have received a call from this idiot twice now and he is leaving a message with unappropriate language in the message. He is wanting me to vote for him. Also, I only have limited minutes on my phone and he is using my minutes by leaving the messages. I have put my number on the no call list and can't understand why he is allowed to call.

I got a call at 6:49 PM, Oct 22 frm this number. hung up and will vote against him.

This is not a political party phone number. It is a lobbyist. Lobbying for certain politicains both democrates and republican. Also, there have been phone calls that recommend you support or say no to certain bills and reforms. I think it is linked to Verizon's political interests as well!

This number keeps calling me...just called six times in a row!! Somebody wanting you to vote for them. Well I won't now even if I was going to!

I have been getting calls from this number and others for weeks now. Tonight there are 2 different numbers trying to get their political messages through. Phone is now going off the hook! Very tired of the tactics being used for this election!!!!!!!

Had that number on my ID box three times this week. Walkin' Wendall Mitchell just lost any chance I was voting for him.

Phoned twice in 10 minutes on 29 Oct, at 1400.  I tried to return the call and a recording stated the number was not accepting calls.

i live in Maine and got a recorded call on my cell phone, from 334-590-4284 and i quickly hung up when i realized it was maybe political in nature.  ONLY my family members have my cell phone,   I am furious that some political faction got my cell phone#.  Yesterday, my cell phone rang again & went to v/m.   They are wasting my time.  I am working and don't have time for such calls.  That just makes me want to vote the opposite way when i am harrassed.  I will call Verizon to see if THEY gave my cell# out.  julie

Yep, I got this message and I DO live in Alabama. This is ridiculous no matter who you are or where you live. I am on the NDC registry also and both my numbers (landline and cell) are private numbers.

Just received a call from this number (334)590-4284.  It was a political add for a ?dip wad? Charley Grimsley, candidate for state treasurer of Alabama.  I live in Idaho, so this doesn?t mean a thing to me.  I am on the National Do not Call Registry and have NEVER 100% given out this number on a financial application, or on a customer membership card application, subscription... ANYTHING... so I am a little miffed to know that Verizon, or the National Do not Call Registry has released my private, unlisted cell phone number out to these Political idiots!
The US Government or Verizon are the only ones who could have whored me out to these Political ROBO Callers.  Thank you Verizon and Uncle Sam!

Sadly, I think the poiticians exempted political calls from the no call rules. Same with (alleged) non profits. Both of these are the worst offenders and should be the ones restricted.

I got a call from this number but NO ONE bothered to speak. At this point, if I get ANY more political calls, I'm going to vote for the other side. Not only are they an invasion of my home, WORK, and privacy, they also assume that I am a complete moron who cannot decide who to vote for without someone telling me.
