Someone from this number called me and said I needed to update my merchant services account. It sounded like a scam so I just hung up.

They called 2 times in the last few hours I have no idea who they are leave me alone!!!

Who the f*ck are you calling my number.  Stop doing that.  I have my number registered on DO NOT Call Lists, A..hole.
