I see a lot of back and forth on here about scammers and people who have been contacted by uninformed agents.  The company isn't a scam.  They sell products to people who ask for them.  They look for motivated people who may already have jobs etc and want to increase their revenue on the side.  If that's not you, cool, tell the caller no thank you and move on with your life.  Don't post all over webpages complaining about it.  It's not telemarketing, as they aren't selling anything TO YOU.

Incidentally: you don't work "For" the NAA. You're an independent rep.
"I get compensated very well" ? Is that after you get a certain amount of recruits?

Move it along, shill. Less than 2% ever succeed in MLM's, and I for one have heard every line you can possibly drop. The negative reports are there for  very good reason.

Im currently working for National Agents Alliance and love it. I get to protect people families from losing there homes in the event of there death. I saw the negative posts on ripoffreport.com and various other sites before i started. I ignored them and did my own analysis and am very glad that i did. I get compensated very well for helping people and the culture of this company is like none other. I urge you do your own independent research and analysis. Dont read only the negative stuff online. All the successful and positive people are focused on helping families. The reviews online i primarily read are from people who thought they could get in to get rich and make a quick buck. Thats not what NAA is about. Its a legitimate business opportunity regulated by state laws and if your priorities (ie... helping families not oneself) are correct the money will come. LOTS OF IT! I urge you to call and check them out.

Received an early morning call from some guy who after very quickly saying his name said he had been given my resume via some equally quickly named woman via Monster.com. The guy spoke fast, did not identify what company he represented or any other information but just launched into pointed questions about my resume.

Answered nothing; asked what company he represented and he quickly said a bunch of words which were basically repeating his and the woman's name and the fact that my resume was on Monster.com.  He sounded and acted like a bad used car salesman.  I told him he needed to change his style or be fired and then said goodbye and hung up.

I would never work for or buy a product from a company that has someone like that fool as a representative.  I am also considering dropping my listing with Monster.com, since they seem to enjoy associating with such companies.

I got a call from them yesterday and then the call as scheduled this morning.  I was told yesterday as the others that the woman worked for Andy Albright.  I asked who he was and she could not give me a straight answer.  All she would say was, what do you mean?  I asked again, who is he?  What does he do?  Still could not give me an answer.  So today they wanted to give me a number to access my computer.  What sort of scam do they think they are running. I called back several times today to see what answers I could get to play with them and no one would ever pick up the phone.

I got this call (from Lauren) yesterday, to set up an appointment with Ashley Cromartie.  Same questions about #people I've managed, salary and license/certificates.  When I asked the location of the office, I was told they have several offices.  I asked if they have one in ...  (silence, to see if Miss Lauren would answer the question) and eventually I said Chicago?  She said yes.  When I asked where, specifically, I was told she was in North Carolina and didn't know Chicago well.  When I googled "Andy Albright's Office," I found the NAA website.  Shameful - this man has pimped his wife and kids (or actors in those roles) and talks about the good he wants for his employees.  Pathetic.  Can't wait to NOT answer the phone today at 2.

Thank you all for the insight!

Same as above - Lori calling on behalf of Andy Albrecht to set-up interview tomorrow for a variety of openings, so no description about who I'd be speaking with or for what  (but did get asked: if I was working, if I was a manager previously, number of people reporting to me and my income (which I did not answer).

When I probed for specifics, I was abruptly answered with a curt 'I'll just tell her you're not interested'.

I guess now that I just read the above chain, that I can now enjoy my lunch rather than have it wasted with an unwanted solicitation.  Thanks everyone!

I received a call from 336-227-3319 yesterday and because it was unfamiliar and from North Carolina, I didn't answer it. I just listened to my voicemail and the message is from Ashley at Andy Albrights office who saw my resume on careerbuilder.com and wanted to set up an interview. I immediately searched for "Andy Albright North Carolina" and funnily enough this site was listed on the first page of my search. I knew right away it's something fishy from reading the first few comments. Thanks to everyone for posting! It's very helpful.

I live in Birmingham, AL and received a voicemail today asking if I was still looking for employment and if so to call 205-380-0804. The woman said her name was Karen, from Andy Albright's office, and that thye got my resume from my response to an ad on craigslist. Sketchy! Definately won't be returning her call.

I received a call this morning at 8:19am from 336-227-3319. Since I didn't recognize the number, I allowed the call go to voicemail - however no message was left. When I reverse-searched the number I found this site and I'm glad I didn't bother to answer the phone.

I received this phone called today regarding my resume pulled for a financial position available, and told me that a Ericka will be calling me at 10:40am for a phone interview, and when I asked her the location of the office, in which they are hiring for, she said in Lakeland, FL.    I tried calling back this number, to get the company's name again, and no answer.    But I had a weird feeling about this received called, so I did some investigating of my own.    I went to my facebook, typed in this number 336-395-1174, and what do you know, I found 4 different sites that were stating this was a scam or telemarketing call.    DON'T ANSWER ANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.    THEY SHOULD BE CAUGHT.    Feel bad for the job seekers looking for employment, to have people like them doing this.    Careerbuilder should research about this matter, you think?

Yep, got my wife took the same call asking for me, and was asked to have me return a cal to a "Ashley" reference "Andy Albright" @ 336-395-1174. They also claimed to have gotten my resume info of the internet job search sites where I posted them. I never applied heard of them until now, and certainly did not access their website (if they have one). So, it's obvious they are job scammers with other motives. Job Seekers Be Ware!!!

Sham mortgage insurance.

They get your number, mined from Monster and many other legit online employment websites. Anyone who unscrupulously mines telephone numbers for this business can't be trusted.

If you can, add this number to your block list.

I just got the same phone call. The guy on the other end was very rude and laughing at me. I asked the name of the company and he said Andy Albright. I asked where he got my number and he said careerbuilder.com. As others stated before, they were asking me questions that were already answered on my resume. Another thing is when I answered they were asking for someone different than me. He then started giving out personal information over the phone such as their address, phone and email. Very unprofessional. He then started laughing when I told him that was not me and that I do not know the person he is talking about. I live in Ma and the person he wanted lives in Ohio. I am now wondering how they got my number.

I just got a call from same#336-395-1174, Asked if I was still looking for employment, was the most people I managed 14, how much do i want to make in the next year, do i have any licenses, told her no. She said her boss wants to schedule phone interview on Monday. Told her Monday doesnt work for me cause Sunday and MOnday are the only days I do work and would be too difficult to interview and feel prepared for the interview. She said the only day they interview is Mondays and they dont make exceptions so if i dont want the interview theyll call me at a later time if they still have openings. Up until this point I still never knew what co she was calling from, when asked she said Andy Albright and I repeated back Andy Albright, I started to ask what the co was and she hung on on me. I was a little irritated that a company would hang up on perspective employees and wanted to see if I could learn more about the company, whether legit and tell them why are they so inflexible on the interview day etc. So I happened to see all these posts from everyone else. and I called the co back and told the receptionist that I was hung up on when I tried to get more info on Company and asked who they are and are they an employment agency, she apologized and looked up my name and said she would have to re-prescreen the questions again and see if I qualify for a phone interview, told her it seems they would have more flexibility than just one day to interview but she said definately Mondays are the only day, no matter what! I asked again what their company does and she said they sell life insurance and mortgage protection, so they are calling Monday so ill keep everyone posted.so you probably would have to become a licesed agent to work there.

1-3-12 Received a call today from a girl named Lauren, stated she was from Andy Albright's Company and asked me if I had management experience, how many people I have managed and if I was still looking for employment and was I working now. I answered the questions and asked her what type of company was Andy Albrghts and she said financial reviews. She told me her supervisor, Candice Stewart wanted to set up a telephone interview tommorrow morning at 10:00am.  I immediately started looking up information on The Andy Albright Company and all I can come up with is its affiliated with National Agents Alliance. I think this may be a hoot!!! How does others feel  that have received calls like this? The number she called from was 336-395-1174. I guess I'll just see if they call tommorrow. (1-4-12)

I got a call to from "Ashley" to set up telephone interview......still waiting for it to happen.....thought I would do a little on line research before the interview....searched for the "Andy Albright Company".  I was told this was an opportunity with Careerbuilders themselves.  Obviously Not!!!  I don't know what they get by doing these calls, setting up interviews and then not following through.  I just don't get it???
