called and left not message!

336#'s have called twice so far.  No message, and # is not active when you try to call back.  Obviously a scam, but not sure how to stop the calls:(

They called and asked for Judith.  Told them they had the wrong number.  We'll see what happens now.

I've received two calls from this number.  When I tell them the person they are looking for isn't here, they won't leave message.  They have called 3 time today ...
