These people called my phone from Stern and Associates and would not tell me what it was in reference to. If it is a debt collector, then it is bogus or a scam because we do not have any medical debts...........

Someone called my phone asking to speak with my mother Pamela Davis whom is in the ICU unit at this present moment and has been since Saturday. They err rude when they called and extremely inpatient with what I had say .P leave stop with the calls NOW IS NOT THE TIME FOR ME THANK YOU

So is your contact restriction known to the debt collector by written notice which you have sent via USPS Certified with return card, or are you merely complaining to an empty space here and hoping the agency will stop its undesired behavior all by itself? Federal and state laws grant you the right to a quieter phone, and also the means to sue for relief when you endure illegal threats.

I received a call from this number stating I needed to return the call...I don't have any reason to call them back. They said they were from Stern & Associates Attorney at Law. I think they are a debt collector which is trying to use a threat which is bogus. I have reported the number.

THIS WAS A CALL FROM STERN AND ASSOCIATES ATTORNEY.CALLED AT 8PM ON A TUESDAY.THREATNING FROM OUT OF STATE TO CALL THE COPS.SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID SHE COULD CALL HERE LEGALLY UP UNTIL 9PM.ALSO SAID WE COULDN'T HANG UP ON HER.WAS ASKING NOSY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY HUSBAND'S INCOME.ALSO THIS WAS FROM AN ACCIDENT I HAD AT A JOB THAT IS NO LONGER EVEN IN OPERATION.
