Received a call a few minutes ago, no message left.

All I can say about Capital One auto Finance is I well never get finance with them again I paid this car off but haven't got the pink they say I still own money on it,    I said when I did the payoff for this auto why was I told this a mount over $6000.00 for pay off.
Then after it was paid they came up with $102.24 more due then after this was paid $320.00 more?  This time I told them I'm going to The DA.

Calls and leaves no message.  Also will call from area code 502(Kentucky).  Capitol One Auto Finance.  Payment is paid in full.  These people are a joke!
