I'm in Wisconsin too and I keep getting this number in my missed calls! It's really annoying!

This person has called me 4 to 5 times and never said a thing. I think is just so kid with too much time on their hands.

called cell phone after looking at all comments, guess it was a school I'm too old and not worried about a further education!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting numerous calls from numbers that have area code outside of the 814 area code I am in, it seems my cell phone number may have been passed around. Long ago I quit answering calls if it did not belong to someone in already in my phone. And if there is a "voicemail or message" and if it is not a "local" number I delete those.
 
  So I have provided the above information and there is no cross link or means to know who I am and how to stop the calls. So how is this going to help me or anyone????

Have received a call from this number 3 days in a row - have been working and just answered and they asked for my husband and said it was some college information?  I explained that this was my phone and that he was not around, she was very quick to hang up.  I wonder if this should be reported?

Just called this number.  I had to talk over the woman who answered (yes, some sort of educational BS) because she didn't want to give me a chance to tell her to take me off their list.  It was disturbing because they have caller I.D. and she answered with "Hi, is this ?"

Have been receiving calls mutlitple times daily (including weekends) for about 2 weeks now.  No message left.  I refuse to answer.  It needs to end.

Received a call from this number, answered but nobody said anything- I hung up, probably a telemarketer?  I have been on the DO NOT CALL registry for over 3 months and since I registered my cell, I seem to be getting even more unsolicited calls!   WTF !

I received a call from this number and, when I answered, got nothing -- no message, person, etc. Please stop the calls.

Received a call from this number a couple of times. I didn't pick up the first time because I don't know anyone in NC. The second time the caller hung up on me.

called them back. they answered with the phone number- they knew who I was by my number - told her dont call me back or I will report you.  She just got on my last nerve.

I received numerous calls from this number, leaving voice mail of breathing and children talking in the background. I live in VT.

I called the number back at 5:35 EST 5/31/2011.  It is an "educational search" service--apparently trying to follow-up on people who have inadvertently clicked on a pop-up.  I asked what school they represented and she was very vague with the answer--"we are an educational search firm that tries to match people to educational opportunities" (whatever that means).  Then she said that my 5 year-old indicated he wanted to get his GED.  Probably, but I explained that he has a little time before then.

Same thing. Received a call, tried to answer but no one said anything and no message was left.
