This is the first time they have called me and I took the GRE months ago. I have to wonder if the incidents are related.

I've never heard of this school before.

I never took GRE but I am receiving calls multiple time  from the number as well.

This number has been calling me non stop for the pat week. I never answer and they never leave a message. I am getting annoyed and starting to feel harassed.

I get calls all the time.  I don't ever answer.  They need to stop.

This is Wake Forest University. Trying to get you to come to their school.

They have been calling me, too. I'm a female, in college, that recently took the GRE test. Interesting....

I am getting calls too... And bright and early in the morning :( I took the GRE last year. I am not answering...

I get calls from this number all the time; I dont answer. I figure they will leave a message IF it is IMPORTANT. I did take GRE this year and have been getting postal mail from WAKE FOREST too.

Yes, I get this number REPEATEDLY, on a daily basis, at all hours. I DID take GRE exam 3 months ago.

The call was from a recruiter from Wake Forest.

I have been getting these calls for about a week and a half: 5 times a day, every day (except Sundays). All you need to do is answer it and just politely ask them to take your number off their list. I don't understand what school pays people to call people and harass them day after day, but the man who called was very nice and said he had no problem taking our number off their list.

On a possibly related note: Did any of you also take the GRE or some other standardized test? I am thinking that's how they got my number...

These people call me four times a day. I had one call at 8:10 AM, 9:58AM and 12:43 already today. I saw on another site they are pretending to be a graduate school that's why they are focusing on college students. But when you ask them questions they are sketchy with foreign accents.

REPORT THEM TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST! I did.Let's make them stop calling us.

They called this morning 4 times with 15 minutes in between the calls, starting at 7:30 am. They have been calling 4-5 times daily for 2-3 weeks now. I NEVER answer. I'm starting to definatly feel harassed.

This number called me 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and evening) for two days straight and left no voicemail. When I picked up, it was some foreign-sounding lady claiming to be from a university graduate program whose name she refused to say clearly. She kept harassing me into trying to set up an appointment with an "admissions agent" so I could learn more about the college even though I told her I wasn't interested. When she insisted, I told her I had already been accepted into a program and that was why I wasn't interested. She then told me that something might go wrong and I should make a backup plan because the admissions consultation was totally free and kept trying to get me to agree to it. Whether this is a scam or not, I've never dealt with such an unpleasant and irritating person over the phone.

My girlfriend is getting the same calls. She is college age and it is her cellphone...I think it is strange that only three people have reported this and they are all women... The cellphone thing is strange; usually telemarketers are not able to get the cellphone especially with people who are cautious about handing their numbers over... I posted as a man but it is for my gf; we are getting a bit concerned. calls 4 times, no message from an odd location with no identification whatsoever.

All I've been able to find out is that the number's from North Carolina. Probably yet another telemarketer.
