Tom Table posed as a Prosecutor from the IRS has a Federal Warrant out against me.  After I paid half got curious and found that they pull this alot.  Wont be so stupid next time .  Oh yeah I tape every call because I hear poorly I have him stating all these things.

It is a scam and you must work for them...I have a case pending against them for harassment.
They are using illegal tactics and trying to collect on paid debts, they get someone on the phone that doesn't know any better and bam - they take your money...Debt collectors don't make up stories about calling you from the County they think you live in.

A Mr. Jackson called looking for my brother saying he, I and my siter were involved in internet banking fraud. Stated he was just the case maanger and could/would not give any information about the "fake" case. He told I would have to go back and speak with my brother. When I asked who brought the "fake" charges he would not say anything. I told him internet banking fraud is a federal crime and hung up on him. Said he was with Lazama Lester & Assoc. at this number 336-542-5851.

its not a scam i paid off a debt through them i also called te company that i owed that they were collecting for and they stated that it was paid in full so it cant be a scam becasue the people whom i owed gave me there information and i matched it with Mrs ash info and everything is legit...just thought id let you all know

Chances are it is a spam... wait till you receive a letter also you can ask for support from them. Collectors can not threaten you as they did. They noramlly say check fraud so hearing the words depository fraud must be a different variation of the scam. Be careful!!

I got a call from 336 790 0196 with a recording like person trying to pronounce my name.  She said her name was MS. Ash and that she is callingabout a case on her desk with my name in regards to depository fraud.  She said severe civil consequences are in process.  After throrough research i found that this is a debt collector and she is calling from a land line.  I called back and she refused to disclose any info so i hang up.  There address is 2216 west meadowview road suite 205 greensboro NC 27407 please repost them for unfair debt collection practices and threats.

"Mrs. Ash" just called me and had my first and last name, and told me my name and number was listed as a reference for on an application by someone with a different first name, but the same last name as mine. They asked if I knew her and could provide a reference and I said no, and then asked "application for what" and she said 'If you don't know her, I guess that's irrelevant."  She said she'd remove my name and number from the database (yeah, right).  I'm angry I answered the call and confirmed my identity -- I NEVER do that -- but she caught me in a distracted moment, so if they were calling to verify they had my name and number, I guess they found it. I don't have any debts so I'm not sure why they would be looking for me.

They called me and had all of my personal information as well as family members.  They said I was going to lose my driver's license and all sorts of crazy stuff.  They had a place where I had previous done business.  How do they get all of this information.  I have reported them and hopefully they will go get what is coming to them.

They also go by the number 336-790-0187, iI did get a call from 336-790-0196 before asking the same stuff, from NC but would not say who they were,  and said they were calling us for a cousin. I did a little digging and all I could come up with is that they are a Debt collector out of N.C , Lezama, Lester & Associates is what the girl told me this time. Who knows where they get the names from to call??? Check your credit reports & make sure you are not having any Identity theft.
