Calls all day and night and keeps hanging up

i have been receiving calls from this number now for the past week. i do work with individuals in california, however i did not recognize the number. there was no voice message left and i'm unsure who is actually calling me and why.

...when I called back..sounds like a cell phone because the message said..."this persons mail box is full"...sounds fishy to me.

I want to know if this is a real person or a telemarketer...

This person has called me 3 times today At 10:34am, 11:36am, 12:08pm. Do yall think she's a bill collector or Telemarketer? When I called I got a full mailbox and when I called And blocked my number it wouldn't go through because she has a block on blocked calls.

This number called and the caller ID said "Jessica Johnson" and when I picked up, it was a "public service announcement" for health insurance.  When I pressed "1" and got a live person named "Raymond", I told them to remove my number from their list and that by calling me, it was harrassment....the gentleman named "Raymond" stated, "shut up girl" and hung up.

Just got a call from this number... I didn't pick up the phone...
