keep getting calls at my business

We were getting constant calls, but whenever you picked up it either beeped at you or disconnected immediately. I finally called the number back and got an automated message about renewing subscriptions to "free, trade specific magazines". They give the options to not renew and to put on the do not call list, both of which supposedly remove your number from the list. We'll see if it works...

call from 339-364-2852 in the last four days , one or two time

This number shows up as "Sharon MA" on our caller ID - which I assume means it originates from the town Sharon in MA. They've been calling up to 4 or 5 times a day for over a month. We generally have a policy of simply not answering unknown phone calls, so it goes to voice mail. No message is ever left, and instead there is a "beep" type noise that repeats maybe 4 times, then the message ends. I finally got tired of ignoring this call every day, so I picked up, and a reasonably polite woman started to say she wanted to speak to... Then I completely cut her off because I was in a REALLY bad mood to begin with (for other reasons) and simply said,  "You need to take us off your call list." She said, "Okay, I will put you on our Do Not Call list and it will take 24-72 hours to go into effect." I know I shouldn't have been rude, and I never even got a chance to find out who they are, but since they have a Do Not Call list, obviously it is some kind of telemarketer.

We get multiple calls a day from this number.  All you hear is a "ping" noise over and over again.  It has been going on for quite some time.  Called number back and got automated message to some trade show catalog.  They don't stop calling. Wonder if this caller is up to something.

A person representing "Test and Measurement World" magazine called to renew a subscription which I never had in the first place.  They were reasonably polite.

I got a call from this number twice over the last couple of days. No one is on the other end and connection seems to be bad. I called back and got an engage tone. I live in the Boston area.

Have called at least four times today (to a company phone #)... most of the time no one is there.  Caller ID just says "Sharon"...  All I've been able to get is something that sounded like "Michael Manufacturing", but it's always been a bad connection so I'm not sure.
