called again, got my blocked caller message - filed two more complaints on donotcall.gov

So much for the DO NOT CALL list?????? Obviously doesn't work. Get way to many unwanted calls on my cell phone. Any one have any other DNC #'s???

Same things as before always get these calls with people shouting demands into the phone constantly getting the same message from a variety of numbers. At work and at home!!! Wish it would stop!!!!!

This company has been calling me for months!!!! Even when I tell them to stop calling me they continue to despite me being on the DNC and they use the illegal pre-recorded messages. I am so fed up and reporting them to DNC has done NOTHING. Whenever I speak to the representative to be removed they either hang up on me or get extremely rude

I did just find this information about how you can legally sue the company for calling you (up to $8000) they would legally owe you. The only problem is getting the legitimate name of the company since they never seem to give it to you so how do you know who to sue????

CALLS MY CELL DAILY AND 2-3 TIMES. I PUSH NUMBER ONE TO REMOVE FROM PHONE LIST BUT THEY STILL CALL. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND DID SAME BUT THEY STILL CALL. I GOT THOUGH TO SOMEONE ONCE AND HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I SAID I DO NOT WANT THEIR SERVICES OR TO BE ON THEIR PHONE LIST. I AM SICK OF THIS CRAP

this is the 10th time in 3 days - when i pick up i get dead silence.  i called it back and got a recording that if i wanted to be removed to hit #1.

just one more junk call to have to block!  Guess I need to get more blocking power - this list is just getting out of control.  How does these people get our cell phone numbers and what gives them the right to call constantly when I'm already on the Do Not Call list.  Lotta good that does!

just got a call from these folks and wanted to let me know about debt reliefe. lots of laughing in the background like a prank call. told them to remove me from their calling list as im on the dont call list and they just hung up. so sick of this crap!!

Laura, obviously you work for the company making illegal phone calls. How about you and your organization follow the law that telemarketers must NOT call phone numbers listed on the Federal Do Not Call list.

I Reported this number to DoNotCall.gov multiple times for making illegal telemarketing calls to my cellphone #. I've been listed since 2005. I've never contacted your company, or any debt consolidation company for any reason. You somehow got ahold of my phone number through some less than legal means, and rather than operating a telemarketing company legally, you choose to randomly call from different phone numbers all over the United States... either by spoofing your caller ID return phone # (which is illegal), or autodialing out of call-out centers to numbers that should be flagged in your system as cellphones (which it's also illegal to auto-dial with automated messages to cellphones).

I just registered a 'do not call list' compliant.   The next time they call I'll ask them wait one second and walk over to the toilet and flush it.  You never know what someone is in the middle of when you cold call them.

Called me and left no message. Obviously this company is just purchasing phone numbers around the united states and making illegal telemarketing calls. The first thing a victim of these jerks should do is report every single call to the donotcall.gov website by filing a complaint with the date/time and number. Explain that you have never requested information, or done business with this company. If they called you, and your number was on the Do Not Call list, don't bother calling them back. Report the call, and block it if you can.

Robo-dialing cellphone numbers is ILLEGAL in the USA. There is a Federal law strictly making telemarketing calls to cellphone numbers cannot be made using automated dialing systems... period.  My phone # has been the Do Not Call list for 3 years, so if I've been getting calls from this and other numbers from the same company, they're obviously not following the law... so what makes them think that anyone will listen to their Debt Relief pitches?

When the first post for a number is "Call this number xxx-xxx-xxxx to be removed" it's 100% a scam, and completely illegal.

J. Messimore - An Anonymous caller calls, but there is no one there when I answer.  Happens
quite frequently.

I just ignore the call everytime it comes through my work line.......I programmed my line to recognize this number as a bogus call and it goes to my voice mail but a message is never left.........it's their wasted call to me because I don't pay any attention to that number at all............hope everyone else can do the same and maybe they will get tired of listening to voice messages and not having anyone ever call them back

This is the exact same recorded voice I've gotten from other numbers all saying there is Federal help for mortgages in trouble.

OMG!!!!!  This total a** was explaining these options to me, I was asking questions, he got pissy, and as I was telling him I appreciated his help, this FLAMING A** hung up on me!!!!!  Who does business like that!!!???  What COMPANY is this and WHO owns it?????  When you try to call back...the only option is to select "do not call me", but you cannot get a live person!!!

I always complain to the National Do Not Call List anyhow.  So, they shouldn't believe that they will get away with it for long.

They keep calling my job. I'm like really, Once you click 1 to be removed from the calling list and hangup, they call again.

Called, knocked me offline at 7:35 this morning which is harassment to call anyone BEFORE  8am in State of Florida. I lost over an hour's  worth of work  I did online, due to this-I simply  did *69, got their number,  called back, got off their supposed calling list BUT I did this how many times previously?  Did NOT leave message as am on dial-up-should have gone to call waiting instead of cutting me off.  Such harassment is illegal in State of FL

If anyone knows where there office is, please go there and totally destroy it.  Thank you.
