too many calls from this number and i don't even have a debt

This is a solicitation call. A recorded message that wants to help lower  credit card balances based on the President's directive. Block the call if you can.

When I called to complain and tell them I am on the "Do Not Call" list, my only option was to opt out.
Got a call from 406.219.2064 sometime later with a message about my "Under water Mortgage".
Same thing, Opt out.

Call mentioned about renegotiating mortgage-if you are not a homeowner press 2, which I did, still keep getting calls from this number.

Same thing, they called me everyday, no weekend for month. I tried to wait until the of the message so I can talk to somebody and ask to remove my name out of their list. Guess what, I never get to talk to anybody because it's a machine. Bother me alot because I work at night and need sleep during the day, but I don't want turn off my phone because this number is for family members only. And I'm unlisted.

I have registered all my numbers on the do not call registry. It use to work but not any more I report still nothing. I just don't answer the phone keep on calling because we are not going to answer its your dime not mine

Everyone please not only post them in this message but also the Federal Trade Commission.  That's is what I'm doing today.  They have called me several times.  Each time I ask them to call me back to tell me who they are but have not received a call back.  This is the 5th call so today they are put on the FTC complaint log (I am on a do not call list.) and I'm sending it to Fox News.  Maybe they will want to investigate this further.

I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.

 NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.   THEY CAN?T GET THROUGH!

We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

I have been getting calls from this number almost everyday for a week. What is the Do Not Call List for?????

The only way to affect these people is screw with them.  Answer the phone and play along...but give only phony information.  I find it amusing to check my watch and see how long I can keep a person on the phone.  Kinda like a competition.  My record is only a little over 5 minutes, but it seemed longer.

If I don't have the time to play, when I get a person on the line I tell them to wait..."someone's at the door".  Then put the phone under the pillow and leave it there.

If this caught on it would totally wipe out their business model.

Help the cause and do it.  Also pass it on to others.  You don't have to just take it.

They called me too, I am on the do not call list and judging from the number of calls I have received lately I am wondering if this list works. I have been on it for years!

got a call from 339-502-6708.  Several calls made during July.  No msg left.  I am on the do not call list and have put my number there several times.  I still get calls, especially those with strong Indian accents trying to sell viagra.  I wish all these callers would stop.  I wish there were an effective way to stop/prevent these callers.  I wish people could be more civil-considerate of our household.   sometimes it is so annoying in front of my wife/children that I could meet them in a room and knock the crap out of them.. and their employers.  The government/congress/senate is gutless to give decent citizens some protection.  Someone should harass their homes, their wives, their children.  Maybe then they would put some muscle in the law.   Maybe.

I've gotten these "Obama Stim" calls from several numbers and have had as many as four in a day.  Can't figure out how to stop them.  I'm on do not call.

we are geting very tired of crazy calls, all time of day an night sunday, after coming home from church we get this call saying that they were calling from obama stim,to help with refininceing. these people need to get a life ,go tochurch an stop trying to benefit of us that are trying to make a honest living,an pray.

Been receiving this call every night around 8:00 PST; caller ID says from Obama Stimulus.....listened to a recorded message this evening they were selling mortgage refinancing; they tried to sound official by citing supposed loan ID numbers and followed with a "if you are interested push 5 on your phone" I did so and was promptly disconnected.  Will report to FTC, FCC and a new one www.IC3.gov (FBI scam investigation.

caledl tonight then looked up the number the internet found out it was a scam call the caller id was was obama stim.i did not ansew it

These people call me EVERY day, sometimes two and three times a day.  I've blocked their number on my phone, but I'd like to do more, like hurt them somehow - financially, emotionally, physically.

Have received several calls from this number but have not answered the phone and they don't leave a message.

Robo caller. Should be ashamed but they aren't. If you know an address post it I will go with you and take care of business.
