Receiving calls with hang ups from this number

I ask them to come out with a truck, plastic sheeting and bleach.
You have to screw with them to help relieve the aggravation.

Called early in morning before I was up.  No one there when I answered.

Received exact same call and speech from above number, also got a call from 450-555-0131.

Caller, whose English is somewhat off, claims to be from a "Windows" technical assistance outfit, addresses you by name and says that your computer is downloading excessively. Offers to help you fix it, but what he is apparently attempting to do is gain access to your computer. His ploy is somewhat comical and clumsy if you are sufficiently computer-literate, but could work on people who have less technical expertise. He's called me twice in the past year.

This number just called - let answering machine take call - no message - just hung up.  I live in Canada and it appears that this is a U.S. number from Massachusettes ?????
