I have gotten 15 calls in the past 3 mins from the same number 343-729-0397 they leave no message just hung up and called again and again.

Kept calling saying he was Frank Williams, yet he spoke in an indian (India) accent. He hasn't called for quite some time and is now calling again. He knows my name and asked for me. I told him he had the wrong number.

This number 343-729-0397 is linked to 904-425-9141 and if you investigate it all goes back to cashnetUSA and selling source IP address 170.224.71.197. It is a scam and not a very good one at that, if you call the second number and confront the ediot who answers they will quit calling.

I am continually being harassed with annoying calls from and individual that has a number of different names and only states that he is alling from a law firm.  When asked to share the law firms name he never divolduges this information and has lead me on several different occasions to hang up.  After which he continues to call back numberious times.  I want the calls to stop

I received a voice message off my cell phone from this number regarding my ex-husband who often utilizes payday loans.  The return call number he gave was 321-221-0026.  My husband & I both returned this call and he began to get very angry and began hanging up on us.  Apparently he does not like it when people try to secure info about him!  He also called another of the "references" my ex-husband left and harassed her.  She hung up on him and he has not called her back either.  We reported this man and these numbers to AT&T and are filing a complaint w/the Federal Trade Commission.

They stopped calling me (the call back number they used on me was 954-607-4512.)  I told them I knew they were a scam and would never send them a dime. I told them that they could call my co-workers, my family & my friends all they wanted to and they STILL would not get a dime from me as everyone of them know that they are a scam as well.  I have also reported them to the secret service, the FBI, the attorney generals office of both California and Florida and the FTC. Every back to back call they made, I would tell them the same thing (sometimes they would try to yell over me and I would yell back the same thing 'you will NEVER EVER get one thin dime from me, you third world country thieving dirt bag'.  It has been several weeks and I have not heard back from them.  

Let them know that you mean business and you will not give in to their extortion threats.  Do not believe a word that they say.  And most importantly - DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!

Some kind of debt collection agency called my office looking for a person who hasn't worked here since before I came to work here several years ago.  Apparently this person had bad debt and had the same phone number as me because I have been getting these collection calls for her, for over 3 years now.  Some guy on the phone who was barely intelligible said I was being transferred to the "Financial Misconduct Division".  When this manager sounding guy called I told him the person he was looking for had not been here in years, that this was an office, I was sick of getting calls for her and they needed to stop.  I then hung up on him.  They called back two minutes later, I put it straight to voicemail (which answers with my name which is NOT the same as the person they're looking for, I don't even know her).  Just another annoyance until this office manages to implement a call block.

I just called them on that 321-221-0026 number and it was the same guy or at least someone from the same origin because they had the same accent. I asked if this number was connected to 343-729-0397 and they answered me with a question of "are you returning a call?" I told them no and that I knew they were from cashnetUSA and that I have filed a report of them to the FBI. They quickly hung up. This a-holes seriously need to stop. If anyone knows how to do that...please let me know. ASAP!

I have received several calls from this number over the last two weeks.  I have them saved on my voice mail to let other family members know what this person sounds like.  He says his name is Anthony Jones, but his accent is so thick he has to sound out his "own" name.  He ends with a threat that I had better not ignore his phone calls because he can not be responsible for what will happen to my financial well being if I do.  Who are these people preying on?  They most be getting some kind of financial gain if they have not given up on the phone calls.  Twitter, Facebook, blog, or mass e-mail family and friends with this information and maybe we can unite and stomp it out.

I am also receiving calls from this number.  These individuals call from all different numbers claiming that they are callin for the law office of jeff morgan & associates.  this is a scam.  they claim that you took out a payday loan from cashnetusa. who when you call them have no ideal what you are talking about.  Also when i called the gentleman told me they are aware these indivudals and have investigators on it.  Another thing call the main office of so called morgan & associates that florida has as corporate number in okalohoma city and says they do not know these individuals.  they took are working to find out who these individuals are.  they call threatening to send police and sheriff officers to your home.  speaking with other payday loan companies they do not do business this way.  If you owe them money they call themselves and they have their own debt collection department.  this individuals should be stopped immediately.  do not send them any thing.  Also, to the gentleman who claims to work for them you are full of bull about you are working with the fdca.  Watch Dateline NBC friday and they will show you how they are bringing it to america's attention.

Yep they have been calling me also.  What happened was I did get a internet payday loan back in 05 as well and did not pay them.  Not intentionally but alot was going on.  I moved and I recieved a letter from the payday loan co. collection agency and kept it.  Well about a year ago I started getting calls from Anthony Jones, Andre, Steven Jones, Justin (all with heavy Indian accesnt and only one that sounded different).  I knew something was up but thought it was legitimate because I did owe a company.  They requested that I send a letter stating it was not my intent to commit check fraud.  So I did.  I faxed it and requested that they send correspondence to my new address.  I never recieved a letter and I did not get a call again until April this year. It was a bad connection and the call was disconnected.  I tried to call back the 343# but it would not go through.  Since I knew what the call was about I searched for the last letter I recieved called them and took care of the debt.  I recieved another call from "Anthony Jones" missed it and he left a message with a 954-374-7556#.  I called back could not get Anthony but got James who sounds just like Anthony and informed him that I paid the debt already.  He was upset with that and told me I was not supposed to have paid the other company.  He was supposed to have looked into it and called me back but never did.  I received a call today 5/21/09 from Anthony Jones again and he gave me to some Roger Harris guy and I explained to Roger that the debt was paid and he was highly upset.  He even called the company I paid the debt to and argued with them that they should not have taken any monies from me.  Anyway they are supposed to call me back.  I called the Payday loan place who I owed originally and found out that they are FRAUDULENT they are calling from India with numbers routed thru the US.  I have reported them and gave the information to the appropriate officials.  IF & WHEN they call I am gonna let them know I am on to them.  Thank GOD I did not fall into this scam and give them my information who knows what would have happened.  I thought they were legitimate because I knew I did owe the debt.  But they never sent me any letters.  If they sent it to my old address it would have been forwarded to me.  AND when I sent the letter requesting they send me correspondence they never didi.  I cannot wait until they are caught and no longer bother people again.

Got a call today from this number..I got the message and it was from a "Rachel".  She told the receptionist that I had a case pending on me against my SS# for a crime.  The number she left for me to call was 954-358-4084.  It is a scam and I will not return the call.  I asked what the name of the company was and she said "Jason/Jasen Reed Associates.  I asked for a 1-800 number and she told me that they dont have one.  It's a SCAM.  They can NOT arrest you and there is nothing you can do.  Report any and all info to the FTC and your local authorities.

These people just called me 57 times in 21 minutes.  I asked for their address so I can send them a "do not call" letter.  He asked me why would I think they should give me their address???  Can you believe it?  They just keep talking giving their schpeel & I just have to hang up.

Got a call from 343-729-0397.  The man said his name was Frank Williams from the state of Florida (i think, his accent was thick) he left a message claiming they had my name as a reference for a friend of mine who was in financial trouble.  Told me to tell my friend (they new his name and said they had his SS#) to call them.  They also said if I didn't get in touch with him I need to personally call them back on the "hotline" or I could be in "BIG TROUBLE".  Even said "call to avoid a financial mess".  This man had such a thick Indian accent I thought someone was playing a joke on me.  These idiots should know that real debt collectors don't tell people they will be in "big trouble".  What a scam.  I'm not calling them back.  I am concerned about how they have my name and number though.  Scary.

RECeived a call from The above number, I comfront the caller who then just hung up. CAller has an Indian Accent but with an English name.

No lie...20 calls in 10 minutes. I beat them at their idiotic game by either not answering or blasting my Gospel music in their ears..thats all I have for them.  I hear they are collectors who purchased information from past due debt that is uncollectable at this point.

This is going to be a long post because I have had very thorough experience with these people.

Since 1st June 2009, these people call me around 20-40 times a day. They also add at least 20 calls to my business phone, which has now been blocked pending further investigation by the management team. I have to un-plug my telephone at night and switch my mobile off. If I don't, I receive at least 30 calls throughout the night and it does not stop. I consider this to be very serious harassment.

The most recent call was at 8pm this evening. I answered it and the man, who was speaking in such a heavy middle eastern accent that I had trouble understanding him, said he was calling from a 'Financial Misconduct Bureau' and it was regarding a very serious financial issue that, if not resolved, would result in my being arrested and sent to prison. This man said his name was Larry Jones (yeah right). I already knew that he was a scammer due to the amount of times his company has called me in the past week, but I let him spout his bull to waste his time.

'Larry' addressed me by my name. However, he knew my first name, but got my surname completely wrong. I asked him what kind of financial issues he was wanting to discuss with me. He claimed that in 2006, I applied for a cash loan of $80,000 from a 'WizardCash' and that, due to me not paying anything off, I was now being pursued. I have no idea about this 'WizardCash' and certainly did not take a loan out. I pretended that I knew what he was talking about and allowed him to continue speaking. He told me that if I paid off an 'acceptable lump sum' of $20,000 right there and then, I would be spared jail. I told him that I have more than enough money to pay him and gave him a false credit card number. 'Larry' came back on the phone and said that the # I gave him was invalid. I said it wasn't. He told me that he'd get a 'specialist' on the phone.

Two minutes later, a 'Jim' got on the phone. Funny thing is, Jim sounded exactly like Larry. Jim was very aggressive and demanded me to give him a valid credit card number. I dropped the act and told 'Jim' that I knew he and 'Larry' were the same person, that he was scamming me, that I knew he was trying to run a scam on me and that I would be filing a lawsuit against him. I then hung up.

Since 8pm, the number has called at least 10 times. The phone is now un-plugged. I have contacted my service provider and arranged to use a new telephone number from Saturday onwards. My place of work is investigating the dozens of calls that come through daily from these people and have blocked it from the system permanentley. I have arranged for a meeting with an attorney tomorrow afternoon to exact some justice on these crooks.

I urge everyone - DO NOT believe a word these people say. You will NOT be going to jail. If they threaten you with anything, do NOT believe them. These scammers specialise in using scare tactics to put the fear of god into people. Do NOT give them a dime of your money. If they call you, simply answer the phone and leave it to one side so they can talk to themselves.

720-382-2835, 727-859-3062, I have spoken to people name steve henry, roger, david williams, joseph they told me i 3 criminal charges against me and if i was to settle out court so I told steve henry i would pay the loan back so he gave me some people to send money to but they were individuals dessis johnson in knoxvill tx, and Vijya in san diego ca well I never sent him any this man call me cell phone 142 times but when i tell this man to talk to my lawyer  he always said no if you are an officer you should want to talk to my lawyer also when I ask him for his phone number he tells me that his phone are having a problem and cannot get any phone calls also this man told me that he was sending the police to me my job and have me fired so I don't answer the phone at work or my cell

I received two voice mail messages. I could hardly understand what the person was saying. The first message he hung up before he finished the message and the second time he called me by my name and said I needed to call him back as soon as I got the message. He gave me a call back number but I couldn't understand him. He then left a message that sounded like a different language. I am glad I am not the only one having this problem. I think if he calls again I will answer with a blow horn and hang up.

Great news guys . . . you are not alone!!  I have run into these same guys and while searching for info on them (because they will not give it ou) I found a blog that put me incontact with a consumer lawfirm that is trying to help.  Their number is 877-735-8600.  If you call them, they will know exactly what you are talking about.

I have been sooooo obnoxious with these thugs that last night THEY actually told  me to stop calling them. I just kept calling back asking for an address, calling back asking for a fax number, calling back asking for an address again, so they are not going to give me ANY information if I call them again. (That's a good one, eh!!)  EVERYONE . . . PLEASE . . . call them back, get as many address as you can and then CALL THE LAWYER ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!!

my wife received a call from 343-729-0397 from "Sam Lee" with an Indian accent demanding on talking with me while I was at work.  She stated she was my wife, and all "legal matters" can be dealt with through her.  He said "it is none of YOUR business, now let me talk to your husband now!"  She hung up after he kept threatening her.  He wanted her to have me call back at 800-253-8218 which comes up as a recently purchased number and traced to 13 different forwards in 12 different states and one country...India!  This is obviously a fraud, and I'm going to the link provided, and also contacting local authorities.  My wife is on the phone with them now.

I am being harrassed at my place of employment by these people.  We do not have caller id on the job, but this may be yet another number that they use (800) 253-8218.  Different numbers, different names, but I am pretty sure they're the same people.  Heavy accents, using names like Martin, Henry, Patrick . . . voices and speech patterns sound the same.  They have given the following addresses so far:  1408 Bayview Court, Fort Myers, FL 33901 and 1048 Bayview Court, Fort Myers, FL 32204 - fax number (646) 861-4798; and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) lists the number (904) 239-3963, which I believe is a Jacksonville, FL number. I have filed a complaint with FTC, the Florida Attorney General's Office; and with the Consumer Protection Agency in my state of residency.  They are listed as a collection agency on the BBB website.  I have found out that they are not a registered collection agency, at least not in the state of Florida.  They refer to themselves as "The Law Firm of . . . ".  I called the Florida Bar Association, and there wer no record found for a "Law Firm of Jason Reed & Associates" as being a licensed practice.  My next move is to contact the consumer law firm listed above.  Anybody want to go kick some butt . . . just give me a second . . .let me get my other boot on. :)

This number has called my phone TEN times in the past 5 minutes!! i simply do not answer it..it is so annoying how do I make it go away!

I have been receiving calls from 1-343-729-0397 and Martin Lewis. I am ticked off after reading all of these posts about this number, but scared as well because i don't know how they got my information. They call my cell, my work, my home and my sisters, the next time they call i will let them know i am on to them. I am sure I owe someone money, somewhere so I was afraid to talk to them, but i am not now.

I too have been received repeated phone calls. Yesterday it was literally over 100 times on my cell phone. I spoke with these people once who stated that I owe "dollar sign five two three." To whom do I owe this, I asked? Oddly, the reception became jumbled at that point, and at all "important information" points throughout the call. I would let the calls not bother me if I was sure it wasn't wasting minutes on my cell phone. If I owe someone money, let the entity to whom I owe it contact me and tell me who they are. I have contacted an attorney.
