recorded call about lowering the interest rate on my credit card.  Told to press nine for more information.  Pressed nine got a live person - she asked me if i wanted to lower my interest rate - I told her i don't have a credit card - she hung up.

1-347-000-7652 Called simultaneously on both our telephone lines.  Recording: Rachel says want to lower your interest rate and press 9.  I am turning # into Do Not Call Complaint but don't think anyone will do anything about it.

i just got the call and pressed 9 to speak to their sales person... i knew it was a scam and since i was on the DoNotCall list (www.donotcall.gov) i skirted around her questions and found out the name of the company... it is CC Services... Credit Card Services... i put a complaint in at the DoNotCall website so that it will add to their investigations... that's the only way to even make a dent in these scammers... they know that if you ask TOO many questions they will just hang up...

I just got that call, she hung up on me as well. I told her she must have called the wrong number and was in the middle of a sentence and she hung up on me. I am getting sick of these numbers you cant call back. Someone should be able to trace it back and put her in jail because it has to be a scam.

I got a recorded message from this number twice this month.  You must dial 9 to speak to a live person.  Both times they ask in I want to lower my interest rate.  They asked what interest rate I was currently paying.  They ask me how much I owe.  They asked me if I had been late on my credit card.  They asked me what interest rate I was paying.  They asked me for the 1-800 number on my bank statement as well!  When I didn't give them any information and told them I didn't have it in front of me right now they asked for an alternative phone number.  I told them I didn't want to give that out.  They replied that Well Maam, you obviously don't want to lower your interest rates.  Have a nice day and hung up on me!
