The calls are coming from a scammer with a robo-dialer.  The scammer could be anywhere on earth.

Just receied a text stating ",Congratulations, your entry in last months drawing won you a free $1,000 Target gift card.  I did not enter any contest or form. so where is this coming from?

Scam.  The website in the message is loaded with malware.

received a text from 480-231-2082 that i won a 1,000 gift card from target. but i hardly ever go to target. typed in the email it sent me and got this page. glad for the internet and people reporting scams.

My husband's cell phone received this message. I fill out surveys all the time, for Target and other stores, to try to win $1000, but I never put HIS phone number on there. So I decided to look up the phone number and see if it might be a scam.  Sure enough!  Thank you all for your input so I wouldn't fall for it!

aug 3. I thought it might be real since I do those surveys on the receipt sometimes. Glad to see this and know its a scam.
