Received the same text about lowering "Gss and electric bill". Annoying as hell. They didn't even spell "gas" correctly. Idiots! Any way to stop these?

Today 10/27 they sent the same txt message to me. My phone number is already added to National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. It really works, nobody's calling with ads.
But how can I stop txt spam?

I keep getting text messages from the number above and there is not way to stop them. They are contacting me on my cell phone and it is infuriating me. I want to know what I can do about it.
