I have been getting text numbers on my phone for a few days from a blocked number but then he leaves the number via my voicemail text.  He forgot to block it today and left me a nasty voice mail.  I sent him a text telling him he had the wrong person, and then he left me a voice mail in a professional voice saying that my number was listed under someone else too and that if I wanted to find out where he got it I should call him.  DON'T THINK SO!

The name assoc with cell in Oct was Jack Smithline in Brooklyn, NY. I traced the call, he answered and said he found the phone. hes given up on me since i blocked his calls but boy did he say obscene things and obssessively call at all hours for several months. He knew some pertinent info about me, have no idea how he got that or where from as it wasnt complete.
Also called from 347-296-0626 which I tracked to 718-492-7400 but they had no idea who had used that landline as it was in a temp office that was vacant

This guy keeps calling me from "Unknown" and he forgot to block him # the moron. I called him back and now he wont pick up.

how can we prosecute this guy? He's been calling me over the last few months as well.
