These freaks are a scam for sure.  They got so mad at me and called me a "black w***e", and that I sale my body for $50.00 and then Mr. Jimmy Jackson said he was going to cum on my mother's grave.  They need to be prosecuted and stopped!!!!! They change their numbers often so that they can't be tracked and I am sure they use disposable phones so that they can't be tracked.  When you call and they don't answer, a voice mail comes on and say's that they are a distributing company.  They called my home phone and cell phone over 100 times.

Received a choppy voicemail from a Indian man in the afternoon. Called to see what this was about because couldn't understand the message. The next morning an Arab man calls saying I owed for a payday loan I never took out online. All he had was an old address my cell number and my email address. He stated that this call is being recorded and that I need to get an lawyer he was going to have me arrested an d h was going to call my job. I told him was mistaken and I needed some info from him that he refused to give saying I will receive it in the mail in 2 days. I told him how can you mail me anything when you don't have correct info? He said he would contact my job then. I said this is harassment. He hung up on me. I called back and proceeded to call me a f****ng w***e and a black n****r. I told him his call was being recorded. He hung up on me again.

I received a call on my voicemail from a Jimmy Jackson and he said that something  about charges against my social security number and said that he was calling from the American Legal department...and he too had a very strong Indian accent..I too have had this type of call before and the calls stopped after I put my husband on the phone because he hung up on my husband...and the last time they threatened me that I was going to jail...

They told me the same thing

hey called me saying they were charging me with all kinds of stuff like money laundering check fraud and wanted to know why didn't pay I also called them back tone they were scammers they told me that Americans are stupid.and we can't do nothing they claim to be a cop and they will call my job and have me fired

This is a scam!!!!!!! Do not pay them any money at all

I was contacted three times in succession on the same day within 2 hours.  The caller stated he had my name and SSI and the police were coming to arrest me.  Tried to return the call but no one answered.  I called the following day and a man by the name of John Cruz with an accent that sounded foreign, not spanish or hispanic, told me I had borrowed $1000 for United Cash Advance and had agreed to pay the money back in 21 days.  Told him I'd never done business with United Cash Advance.  He asked how I could prove that and I told him my bank record would reflect the same information.  I hung up the phone and called the Police Department to file a fraud report.  The number he called from was 3472987944.

If they call you, don't give any information!!!

Ignore him.  This is a total scam perpetrated by criminals located in either India or Pakistan.  If he's a policeman he would have a badge number tell you what police department he worked at.   You could call the number for police and just ask.  They will assure you that this is a scam.  Do not be intimidated. Do not give out any information and do not send them any money.

Report them to local police and attorney general.

Got a call from this number saying that they are attorney and they going to press charges if I don't pay them they also stated that ill get arrested and fire from my job and my ssn will be black listed and Ill not be able to file my taxes ever again they had call me again months later saying the same story I'm still waiting for the police to come and lock me up they are a joke

Just got another one and I'm SO PISSED OFF right now that if I could find the freaking idiot I'd BEAT his a**!!! My phone is used for business so I just cannot CHANGE the number!!!! I'm going to get to the bottom of this and when I do GOD help the fool because they are GOING DOWN with the DEVIL!!!!!!

This number called and said he was officer James Rogers who worked for the Federal Department of Dispute and Resolution Center in the Bronx. He spoke very broken English and said his badge number was SM5082. He said there was a warrant out for my arrest for harassing someone. When I called him on his b***s*** he got very irate and said I was a criminal from a family of criminals. I blocked his number but this should be reported.  
The number he called from was 347-298-7944.

2 days ago he called me and today the cops are in my house so he is not laying

This man with a very heavy indian accent couldn't even pronounce my name. He said he was with American Legal Services and that his name is John Cruz.  He called my cell and my work number.

I just got a call after I don't know how many months. I as a matter of practice do not identify myself when I get calls from a number that I do not know. As soon as this clown started talking in his hevy middle eastern accent I knew it was some kind of a scam. He started with his speech about a fraud case (I have been a victim of these people before) I stopped him cold. I told him that he was looking for a family member that had a massive coronary and died from their last call. I told him that our estate attorney is looking for them to file a wrongful death suit on them. I also informed him that we had a open warranty for them as well. He said you mean that she is dead. I said yes and our family is looking for him. He said oh sorry have a nice day AND HUNG UP!  I am litterally #ROTFLMAO AT HIM. Hope he feels the same level of frite that they infringe on others.  

These guys r calling me leaving messages on my voice mail telling me the same things there gonna send the police to my address n I'm a suspected in n investagation so I'm like wtf in look up the number I can't wait until these f**** call back cause I'm going to scare the f*** outta them in tell them while y'all should no that I'm a police officer n now y'all r under n investagation.

They initially left a voice mail stating that I had collections against my SSN.

As I was looking up their number online, they called me back several times - I picked up on the last call and they couldn't answer the simplest questions from me - I basically told them I knew it was a scam and they got flippant with me and hung up.

I have had 4 calls from this clown.  Each time a different name but all the same "We are sending the police to get you......"   The last one I recognized the call forwarded it to the FBI.  They have to be masking their real number or they would have been in jail by now.  Just follow along.  They get real upset when you don't go along and it gets funny.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SO CALLED "JACK VINCENT" WHOM STATED THAT I NEEDED TO CALL BACK OR HAVE MY LAWYER CALL BACK, BECAUSE I WAS THE PRIMARY SUSPECT IN CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST MY NAME AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. THE IRONY ABOUT IT ALL IS BACK IN AUGUST 2013 I HAD FRAUDULENT CHARGES DONE ON MY ACCOUNT THROUGH A COMPANY CALLED LIVE PERSON LOCATED IN NEW YORK, AND NOW A MONTH LATER I GET A CALL FROM THIS GUY... I AM GLAD THAT I FOUND OUT HE WAS A SCAM BECAUSE I WAS REALLY STARTING TO FREAK OUT...

Received a call from this number indicating we had a past employee performing fradulent activites under our name, and there was a warrant out for the previous employee, indicated he was with Kings County Sheriffs Department, got very angry with me when I questioned him, gave the name Jack Vincent badge#503, after a few minutes he hung up on me.

this number has called my cell phone numorous times stated that i need to call him back or my lawyer cause of monies i owe them which i dont owe anybody anything I did contact my lawyer and he said its all a scam and just ignore them

Reporting them to the BBB is useless...You happen to live in a 'One party recording state' meaning you can record your calls without the other party knowing you are doing it...record your calls with this idiot, get him to make the threat of sending cops to your house. This is a violation of federal law...I'm sure there will be other violations on his part, that will also be recorded, as well. If he calls you multiple times each day he is breaking the law...You will have it all recorded. Next, go to www.naca.net and locate an associated attorney in your area. Most have a free consultation. If the attorney thinks you have a case, they can sue the agency on your behalf, in federal court. If your attorney wins the case, you get some $$$ AND this scum collection agency will have to pay all of your legal/court costs to boot!

"documents will be downloaded to court."  Makes me laugh - documents are served, not "downloaded"...  Tell your HR Dept (or boss, if you don't have an HR Dept) that you are the victim of a scammy caller, so that they know what's going on with the calls at work.

i received a call as well from this number stating that one of the many companies united cash advance represents, i owe them money, theyve been calling my job, and all which needs to stop , saying his name is stanley marshall and that my documents will be downloaded to court, but i never get calls at home
