keep getting calls with no messages from 347-321-4768

Caller kept saying "How are you today?" I finally told him it was a bad connection. He repeated his phrase. I heard more chatter in the background. At that point, I hung up.
Useless jerks eating up my free minutes. So much for no call list.

This was exactly as described by Rob in Feb 2013.  Strong Indian accent and offering home improvement.  Told him I wasn't interested, but wondered if it could have been related to some calls I have made recently concerning home improvements, although the caller id said New York and I am in south Florida.  (There is a strong connection between New York and south Florida, you know!)  I'm glad I acted on my intuition after reading some of these comments!

These people have been calling me daily for the past two weeks.  I got their number off my phone and it is 1 327 321 4768, supposedly in New York City.  I told them I do not need their services and have asked at least three times that they not call again.  They ignore this request.  I am on "Do Not Call" Registry.

I always get calls from 3473214768 and they say they are calling from department of compensation.  I do not want to keep getting these calls

Extremely rude phone call from an Indian man trying to sell home improvement... When I told him that I do my own self improvement he called me a f%$#^&g a%^&*le among many other abusive comments! Wish I could find a way to make this guy pay for his BS!

This # called at my grandparents' house asking to speak to my grandmother by her nickname not her real name.  I stated she was deaf and asked if I could take a message.  He explained why he was calling and that the address was selected for home improvement (her house is only a few years old).  I interrupted and asked him to take the address off the list.  He got ugly with me and told me "shut up, do not interrupt me".  So I replied "excuse me, you called me and you are telling me to shut up".  He got even uglier so I called him an a***ole to which he replied saying I was the a***ole.  I hung up on him.  

Woken up by male telemarketer calling from this number. Told him I work nights & was trying to sleep. He says company name & I'll try later before I could say I'm on do not call list, he hung up.

You can't call them back - they spoof their NY number.  A boiler room in U.K or Asia most likely.  They claimed I requested WYNIL siding.  i said wire siding? - as in electrical?  No, wynil siding sir.  After some confusion, I got what he was trying to say.  Poor b*****d - strong accent he's got there.  I said sure, just send me a sample or a brochure in the mail.  They verified my last name which, by the way, was not my last name (perfect!), and my address wrong again (that works for me).  So after we made sure they were talking to me "the homeowner" (which I'm not) they put a "manager" on to verify that I'm a "live one" I guess.  The manager was just as hard to understand as the first guy.  So, basically, they're arranging a contractor to give me a call so he can come out to my house to... give me an estimate?  I guess that's what's going to happen.  I haven't decided yet how I'm going to handle that.  Maybe I'll give him the proper address for Walmart headquarters or NFIC*.  I sure hope he doesn't have a thick Asian-Indian accent too.  My wife thinks I'm an idiot for entertaining these jerks.  Interestingly I don't get a lot of callbacks after they realize I'm a huge waste of their time.  Hanging up only makes me aggravated and annoyed.  I won't let them do that to me.

This number has also come in to my home phone.When I answered,no one there?

I have received a call from the above number.  Since I have caller ID and couldn't identify who was calling me I didn't answer.  No voice message was left.  I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.  What good is it?  I average two calls per day from unknowns.

Got a call. Could not understand the caller's voice. Sounded like it was coming from India.

this person called claiming to be "andy" and said that my home address was chosen for free home improvements. when i told him i wasnt interested he said "well not now i'm talking about in the next few months, what needs improving? doors? windows?" and i went on to tell him i was not interested. he then said "okay well i was just confirming" and then hung up

I got a call from this number but when u try to call it back says disconnected

This numbered call several times , the person doesnt leave a voice message . when I  called this number back a recording says the number you dial is not in service. ??

Answering machine answered and caller just kept yelling hello. Then there was a strong buzz on the line.

The no call list is a joke.

Caller could not pronounce my name and it's not a difficult one.  I asked him to identify the company for whom he was calling and what he was selling.  He refused to do so, so I hung up.  We are getting more and more of these calls, what happened to do not call.  I assume they are coming from foreign sources tho I did not detect a particularly strong accent.  Caller ID simply gave phone number and "Bayside, NY".

This number keeps calling me and when I answer there's nobody there then when I tried to call back it says its out of service so I found that you can text the number for them to f*** off in to eat a dick.

Several calls during day at or near 1300 hours. Left to ring with no message left. Currently on NO CALL List, little good that does!

I didn't recognize number so I mute ringer. Caller let it ring for 7 minute! I unplugged phone to hang up. Somethings not right there....

This number called me and not knowing the number i didn't answer,  they let it ring for 15 minutes before hanging up.  That is just plum stupid if you ask me
