I have received several calls with them as well.. first it was an 800 number then it was 714-982-9773 it was an Indian man named Jose Garcia he said. I asked for his web-site and they gave me Cash Advance web-site said I needed a lawyer and that I owe $300.00 which I never did owe nor did I ever get any money. I have complained to Attorney General office plus Cash Advancaed place as well.  They said they would send me something in the mail when I asked where I supposably got the money from he did not say that I would find out that information in court that I would have to eat the lawyer costs that they would provide for me if I did not retain my own. And yes they had all my info as well......they need to be stopped now!!! How can you be a Financial Law Dept in Anaheim CA and not have a web-sire instead they give me Cash Advance web-site where I got the loan from....interesting....put them all in jail.  I also asked why and Indian man has a Mexican name.  And also said I would be going to jail.

I also recived a call from this Dwight Johnson but he identified himself as "Officer" Dwight Johnson. This was a payday loan which I applied for but changed my mind about because they would not let me see the the terms of repayment. They went ahead and deposited the money into my account and then sent me an email with the APR. I called back the day the money was deposited and told them to cancel the loan and I will give back the $500. She said I had to pay $650. I dont think so. I did not agree to pay any interest. Since they refused to take back the $500, I kept it but I am not repaying it because they refused my offer and I never signed an agreement. I closed my bank account to keep them from taking any money. When I talked to "Officer" Johnson, I asked him to prove I owed the debt.  He said he can only do that if I send him a payment. He said the same line about being with the financial law department but didnt say it was for a payday loan. He then said criminal charges had been filed against me for "financial misappropiation against a finance company" and cited a statute that doesnt exist. He said my social security number had been red flagged by the state and a warrant had been issued for my arrest. He called me at work several times. Finally, I told my coworkers to tell him I was on the other line if he called back. when one of them did that, he accused her of lying and said I just didnt want to talk to him. He said he was going to keep calling back until I spoke to him. My supervisor finally told him he was not to call there anymore and the calls stopped after that.

Looks like this number finally was taken over.. it now forwards to the Kings County Civil Supreme Court in Brooklyn.

Also to add, he was really rude and said he is able to talk to me any which way he would like because I am a defaulter and that he is going to ruin my life and going to put a red flag on my ssn and I would get fired and that he will call each and every person I know and let them know what kind of person I am that I am trying to run away with this.  Lol

I too have received a call from a "dwight Johnson" saying I own them money . But it was from this number: 13472382043. He said he was calling me from a law firm and that if I don't want to take care of this matter, I will need my attorney to talk to him . Lol I believed him and was about to pay, but then I checked my bank statement , I didn't have no pending  depositions or any transactions. I even had my bank double check it for me . He even wanted me to write an apology letter .I asked him to send me documents stating all of this and he said he couldn't send me anything until I paid. Hell no! He started harassing me and he even called my brother who's in marines training in Florida right now .he has all my info even my ssn. How is that possible. Someone please tell me

I keep getting numerous calls from 347-321-9063 (Richard Brown, Mrs. Thomas, and their so-called attorney Sherry Nygel).  They're threatening to take me to court, garnish my wages, and have me arrested.  I've reported a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau and my local police department.  They won't send me official documentation verifying the debt.  They just hang up on me.  I have my bank information showing that I never received a direct deposit from this company.  I just wish I knew what to do now because they're still calling me and threatening me.  Guess I'll have to have my phone number changed.

yes  dwight jonnson, called  and said my friend robert mortenson obtained my personal info and used it in a fradulent act. wich is an out right lie.my friend bob mortenson dose not have said info and would not do such a thing if he had        said info.jonson said the police would come to my door take my personal itams, rune my ceidet baugh blaugh.  i called the police and gave his number to social suverses.and yes the man had an east indain axcent

I got a call from a Dwight Johnson saying that I owed 985.00 dollars he threatened me saying he was going to send the police to my house he also called one of my friends and told them because of me they would be arrested. I only wish everyone new to google his number

These people are out of control... They said I owe 300, late fees included. However they are not ready for me to pay... They would prefer to speak with my lawyer. I am being expedited from Southern US tomorrow... LmBo... Also they will seize assets if I do not provide them with a lawyers information before the close of business today... LoL... Another funny thing is that yesterday they had a voicemail  saying they were Kings County Civil Supreme Court and today when they called they were Financial Law Department... I am so confused... JK... It is frightening because they are always trying to confuse by being agressive and less savy people would be so confused... I wish it was a way to stop them because for every 1 person that does their reseach there are 4 who just give them their account/lawyer information.

I received a call from a "Dwight Johnson" from the exact same number.Saying he was calling from a Financial Law Department needing me to pay back a loan from Cash Advance America which I never had.I knew I had never received any loan so I called him back and ask him for proof which he could'nt send me.So I told him to do what he had to do and I ended the call and call my bank.

I received a call from a "Shirley Schnider" and a "Mark Brown" from the number with the exact same as the above 2.  Never applied for nor received a payday loan... but they had all my info.  Good thing it's not valid anymore.  When I tried to ask for a bar association number, physical address of the law firm, case number, etc. she hung up on me.  Then called my work and told one of guys I supervise that I owed them money and they were going to sue me.

I just received a call from this same numer 347-321-9063 with the same exact story as above but mine was an indian accented guy trying to verify my name saying the same thing.  This is ridiculous I wish there was a way to get these people.

I recieved a phone call and message from this number stating they were a law firm for US Cash Advance and that they needed my attorney name and number because I owed them money for a payday advance.  It was a woman with an indian accent and she was very threatening. I never recieved a payday loan.  The scary part was she knew all of my info cause I had applied for a payday loan in the past but never recieved it. She ended the call by telling me to enjoy the las 2 days of my freedom with my family cause i will be arrested in 2 days.  I did some research and found that this company is running a scam and they use several different numbers to do so.  I wanted it to be known that this is one of the numbers they use.
