I got a call from these people, it was suppose to be from a frank foster sounded like an indian or something.and I have given these people money never again will I do online loans .

I received a message from them today regarding my husband. It was from their so called " Dept of Law". After listening to the message I was thinking to myself ; WHAT. I have no idea what these
people were wanting; so I decided to returned the call at their no: 347-338-3556. The first time I called no one answered. The second time someone did answer and was very hard to understand and rude mind you. He said that he was going to transfer me to the "Attorney". When the so called Attorney
came on the phone he was very rude and calling my husband a criminal ( I knew that this was not true ). So I asked what this was regarding and he said "a payday loan". My husband nor I signed up for a payday loan. After being spoken to rudely; I raised my voice and said this is FRAUD! I AM GOING TO CONTACT MY ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND REPORT YOUR NUMBER.
Do you know after I said that he hung up. I called the Attorney General's Office in my state and gave their number. They said that they are scam artist and the Attorney General's Office receives calls about this type of scam all the time. The Attorney General's Office said if they call again tell them you have contacted the authorities. Maybe that will stop the calling.

These same people have been calling my sister's husband. DO NOT listen to them.

Ok here is the deal. These people get your info from illegal payday sights over the Internet. Even if you ended up not getting a loan the information you entered gets sent to them. You know most of those sights are linked. They will call you from #s from CA, to NY and everything in between.  They will not stop. You can call and pretend to be an attorney and you are still going to get a run around. This is a SCAM. Lots of US citizens have paid money to them not knowing it is a SCAM. I suggest every time they call add that number to your blocked call list with your cell carrier (for most people like Verizon customers) this can be done online. Just keep ignoring them and until the real source is caught maybe you can avoid or minimize their calls. Pass the word to Friends & Family so others don't get hurt. Also educate yourself. Everything in this county is done on paper and through the courts NOT on the phone.  read and pass it on.

Has anyone gotten a call from this number?

Justin(india guy) from Advance America Cash Advance 347-338-3556. Say I owe $344.00 and will be arrested if I dont pay. But when I request information to be emailed to me nothing ever comes. He is very rude.... He stopped calling after 3pm  today when I told him i believed this was a scam. But before I hung up on him one last time he said the court and cops would come to my job and arrest me....

they keep calling my phone stating they have my personal information and when i tell them to send me the documentation all of the sudden they cannot hear me and hang up, however that does not stop them from calling me.
it is the same very poorly spoken indian man on the phone...

"Officer Ray Collins" was the one who contacted me, they knew I had a payday loan and knew my name, also claimed I was being sued for $458 (more than what the actual loan was worth) was rude to me, I was transferred to his "suprivisor" who was also rude to me and when I got pissed because I knew I had paid my loan on time in full he asked "Then why is your name on this list as being sued?!" He kept telling me he would take me to court but everytime I asked "Which court?" as in what city is this court, he would not answer me and claimed he would send me an email containing information on this lawsuit, he already had my email, name, and knew about my loan! Went and talked to some local police officers, they told me you cannot be sued unless a Deputy or Officer in person delivers the papers saying you are being sued. These people are scammers, DO NOT give them ANY personal information!

They will keep calling. If you call them back, there's not an answer but strangely they call you right after. They threaten you with anything possible. Yes, they try telling ya that you're involved in a serious legal matter and they want attorneys names. I spoke with a supervisor and she was rude, very unprofessional and yelled at me. It's a HOAX and I want to find out who's behind it! They are out of control!

he keeps calling me saying he is an officer and i need to call him back.he says he hasn't heard from my attorney. i don't know this person.

Ive gotten 3 calls from them today saying they are taking legal actions and suing me for 3 different things. The sad part is I have no idea what they are talking about, they are hard to understand and I know this is all BS! They threatened me in every way possible. They are not very professional either! Wish I could track these people down!

they keep calling me, without identifying themselves, threatening me with legal action, on saturdays and it is the same heavily accented indian man.  the first time he called, his name was mathew harper.  this time he didn't leave a name
