To make a real long story short I wound up gettin 3 Green Dot Money Pack cards from the 7~11 and giving them the #'s off the back of them!! All totalled I lost  $230.00 &  needless to say that that was part of my rent talk about pissin ur b~friend off!!

Thoses SOB's called me 2 months ago and said they were from  USA Payday Loans of America and I was approved for $1000 but my credit which he told me about was what it was!!

Hi ive been getting these calls from numberous people and this number is one of them and it goes straight to voicemail and says this is ricky richards or something.

I received a message from this number.  Their message stated that there was a lawsuit filed against me with:

Count 1 - violation of federal banking regulations
Count 2 - Check fraud
Count 3 - theft by deception

This is very disturbing.  

When calling the number back it states "You have reached a Magic Jack customer".  

I reached them from my cell phone and the guy was trying to get information to me and told me they were going to send a subpoena to me.

I talk with on this call (Craig miller), (Ricky Richard),(Adam Spencer) they all are Scammers.  They Using Different Number. They all are not providing loan. they just collect money from us. they asking about
One Vanilla Gift Card. Please Don't Provide them. they collect my 220 $ Dollar .

I got several calls from this number.

 To let you know the only ones that can arrest you is your local Police or Sheriff and they "DO NOT" arrest anyone that owes money on a collection company this is just a scare tactic they use, this is what my local law enforcement agents advised me as well as my states Attorney Generals Office. If you recieve a call from these idiots tell them you have there information and your turnig them in to th FTC (Federal Trade Commisson) and to the BBB and of course the FBI also contact your Attorney Generals Office, don't hesitate call and report them this is the only way to stop these kind of rip off artists.

That's hilarious how they replied to "Sucker1" acting like THEY were "Sucker1." Good one!! "I will be arrested now for this charges." I can practically hear the "mideastern accent" through the computer!!
This is definitely a scam!!!! And if anyone using MY same screen replies and says its NOT a scam after all, then that's just MORE proof that it is indeed a scam!!

they are scam artist tryimg to call and get you to make payment on loan you do not have threat you with arrest ect if you dont pay you should turn them into youe local state attorney offic as soon as you can!!!!!
they willbe persistant and call you numerous times your first clue should be that they have a mideastern accent and with a common american name such as craig miller
