Someone who identified himself as Jack Martin calls our restaurant repeatedly looking for an employee of mine.  I tell him every time that he is calling a take-out phone number and that he will never reach the person he is looking for on this number.  I shouldn't be at the mercy of employees who happen to owe people money.  I've tried the do not call registry for businesses, but the calls continue. I would actually agree to pay part of his debt for the right to punch that prick in the face!

I had an call from this no.  this is the  LEGAL DEPARTMENT i personnaly investigated and confirmed that it LEGITIMATE n i also settelled my payday loan of $600 with this people and within 15 days i got the
paid-in-full letter,i also verified with the original company an it was all paid it off..so DEPARTMENT OF CRIME INVESTIGATION is legitimate legal department

how do you stop these ppl from calling

These guys are complete scam artists. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION or confirm anything they say. I made the mistake of applying for a pay day loan online and entering all my personal and bank info into the website, and this info was undoubtedly passed down to other affiliate payday websites. When they called he already had the last 4 of my soc, my bank, last 4 of my bank account number and was calling to "Make a settlement" on a payday loan I had apparently never paid back and said they alleged company was trying to take me to court for fraud if I didnt settle with them. After a couple calls back and forth I realized they were lying. I told them I knew they were scammers and I was going to report them. The guy started to cuss at me then hung up on me!

i understand i been dealing with this for month and i too felt for it the first time what i do now when this people call i just say i want to go to court and then they will go on with i have proof of the loan that i suppose i never paid so want i say you have your proof and i have mine i want to go to court in settle his in court not be phone, email, or fax hopefully they stop with the calls.

This company has called me multiple times saying that I owe them 471 dollars for some loan I never took out. They say they are from Bankers Assoc. of America and have very heavy indian accents. He said his name was Daniel Smith and that I had to make installments. He also wanted me to send him my card info and the last four digits of my social. I called my credit report company and there is no such loan there, plus I have been spammed before and I refuse to fall for it again! It is so upsetting that they can do this and harass me at school, work and home. Do not fall for it! How can I stop these calls? Please help :)

I got a call from these people today. They said I was going to have legal issues against my social security number on a message. They also contacted my job the day before.Today they called again and I answered the phone. When i did he said I had an auto loan. I said I don't have any loans. He said well no I am calling because I want to give you an auto loan. I said no thank you and I'm not intrested. He then called back saying youare approved for an auto loan but this time I could hear my voice echo and other people in the back ground. I then again said I am not intrested you already called this number so don't call again. He then called back a third time right away and I said didn't I tell you not to call so then my husband took the phone and told him not to call or he would trace the call and get the info he needed to sue whoever is calling because it is agaist the law to continue calling after a person has asked you not to.

this company is stating that i owe them from cashnetusa i never followed thru with the loan at first i owed him 346 and then 250 and then he wanted installments . if not i can face legal court costs of 4,000 dollars a bunch of b***s*** scammers had a very deep indian accents and we were fussing back and forth and PROFFESIONALS DONT DO THAT!!
