Just got a call from them on my cell phone didn't recognize it so didn't answer it they did not leave a message

I received a call from this number. A voicemail was left with a recording to call 866-354-0567.

I don't know who it is.  I never answer because it seems like every time I get a new number they always have it.  They never leave a message and as far as I am concerned, if they really want to get a hold of me  they would.  I have been called so many times now, that I am curious to know whether anyone else has figured out who they are or what they want.

Received a call - no one talked but I did hear background talking.  Hung up after 20 seconds of dead air.

Keeps on calling then hangs up once i answered it... I wish we could stop this non sense call

Recd call today from this number and the message was an auto dialer asking me to hold for next available rep - ha!

I don't answer this phone call because we don't know anyone in New York. For them to call this often leaves me to think this is a scam. I wouldn't answer because I hear that people overseas can charge YOU for answer the call. The longer your on the phone the more they get a minutes. Could end up paying tens to hundreds of dollars A MINUTE! If they can't leave a message than it must not be important!

It was a n auto call.   I had blank air time before somebody connected.Lady with a thick accent. could not understand. Called them back. It is Northland Financial a collection agency.

number belongs to Ciontel Inc. Google says it's a high tech voice over internet protocol...yet they don't have any recorded message or any person to answer the call when it rings in your home. Maybe they need to rethink and redo their service.

Scam!!

This company called my home landline, after ringing once they hung up.  Don't  know why they would call our residence. We have  NO OUTSTANDING DEBTS.  We are retired!!!!

Got a call from this number. They left no voicemail message so no clue who it was.

Called twice within about three minutes, both times I said "Hello" more than once and never got a voice from the other end... Have no idea who it is but did this the other day also. Obnoxious.

Been calling every day for 2 weeks, never leaves a message.  I just called the number back and some guy with a heavy answered saying "Northland Group".  I will be blocking their number, so annyoing.

called my mothers phone the other day, did leave a voice mail, but the voice mail was blank.

Called this afternoon, I answered and it was some guy with a thick accent. Asking for some weird name I couldn't even understand him. I told him I couldn't understand him and he kept rambling on asking for some weird name... finally I yelled at the top of my lungs that there was nobody here by that name. He said "Ok thank you sir" and that was that. No clue what company he worked for, but his accent was that of somebody from India.
