I would just like to strat off by saying that I am very sorry to anyone who has ever been scammed by this prick.  I received a call earlier today telling me i had a warrant out for my arrest for not paying 1003.45$ to 'some company'.  He could not tell me anything about these companies.  He read off my entire social security number, address, email.  Now i used to be a collector for Wells Fargo Auto Finance and American Express so I know the FDCPA laws and you have the customer verify all of that.  You dont give it over the phone to them.  Well he proceeded to talk about taking me to court and then if I didnt pay him by the end of the day he was taking me to court and taking everything I own.  He then went on to say that if I still didnt have enough money that I would be spending 3 months in federal prison. I started to freak out and called my grandmother.(Once I heard federal prison I was so worried about going to jail bc I have never been in trouble with the law before)  She was going to give me the money.  I had to call the people back to get the info.  He told me to send it via walmart green dot money pack....This is where things started to sound fishy.  I contacted my seriff department, the BBB and the State Attorney's office and I have file complaints with all three.
When my husband came home a few hours later I told him about it.  He called the guy back and the idiot was stupid enough to tell him HOW HE DOES HIS OPERATION!!!  HE CONFESSED TO EVERYTHING!!!  He said that he does not feel guilty for scamming people that we have our own brains and can think for ourselves..  This a***ole told us that he makes $7000 to $10,000 A DAY on scams.  he works 22 days a month.  So if he makes 10000 a day for 22 days thats $220,000 a month by scamming people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I know I know he has to be stopped!!!!!!  Well guess what! I recorded the ENTIRE conversation and I am calling the state attorneys office and informing them tomorrow morning!!!  He is not going to continue doing this as long as I can help.  I have saved when he calls on my phone as well as the voicemails of threats and now the confession.

I called this number from a private line and asked why they were scamming people. I also asked how he got into that business. He then told me how he got into scamming people and actually offered me a job. he told me everything about what they do and "not to feel guilty because everyone can use their own brain." All you have to do is call them out on what they are doing and they may tell you everything. I have recorded the entire conversation I had with this guy.

i have recieved calls and still have the one saved on my voice mail saying i am being sued for a cash advance i took out that i never did the guy said he was calling from the Jackson Law Office and his name was Gary Smith
when i tried to get the info i couldnt he told me not to talk to anyone else but him and today i get a call from another lawyer saying he was curtis jackson attorney for the state of california about the same case they are scammers trying to rip me off i called my local police and i will make a report with the bbb and anyone else i have to

I keep getting the same harrassing phone calls from this same guy.  He has called my job and cursed out the receptionist.  This scam was featured on Good Morning America. Most pay them to get them to leave you alone.   I have filed a report with the FBI's White Collar Crime Unit here in Georgia 404-679-9000.  If you have been harassed by this company, contact the FBI in your area.  White Collar Crimes Unit.

FOREIGN GUY CALLS HOME, CELL AND WORK TELLS ME I AM GOING TO JAIL FOR FRAUD FOR MISS USE OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, HE CAN NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS HE JUST GETS LOUDER ABOUT HOW I AM GOING TO JAIL BUT HE COULD HELP ME OUT IF I PAY HIM A SMALL FINE.
