Some lady called my cell number from a blocked or no caller id number. Requesting to speak to me knew both my first and last name. Her name is Jackie Williams. I told her not to every call my number again and that they need to stop scamming people. She hung up. So whoever it is, they are definatly a scam, because I busted their a***s and they hung up immediately!

Here is an update.  I gave them an email address so that they can email me but they wouldn't until I gave them either credit card or debit card information.  I told them that I had lost my job and I didn't have those anymore so they told me to go to Wallmart and get a pre-paid Visa card to send them the money.  I called them back in a little while and said that the people at Wallmart wouldn't let me into the store because I'm homeless.  Then the guy is like "You're a homeless person?"  so he started asking me if I have any friends or family that I can get a card from to send him his money.  I said they probably wouldn't let me, but I offered to mail him money in an envelope.  He said that he'll see what he can do and call me back.  So I'm waiting for him to call me back right now.

got a call from this # earlier. just called it back and told them that i was aware of who they are and what they're doing. i told them that if they want to call someone to call they're parents and tell them what sorry poor excuse of a kid that they raised since they're kid is calling inocent people trying to scam them out of money. he started cursing calling me a bi*** and so on. i laughted and told him that he's just mad cause he got busted, and i told him to grow a dick. i kept calling like they do people and a recording came on sometime and sometime he will answer and i will f*** with him making him mad. LOL....

I recieved a phone call today 10/31/11.  The return number was listed on my cell phone as 000-000-0000.  The message left was:

This message is for Sean Morgan.  Sean this is a legal notification call from the legal department of PCS, that stands for Public Credit Services about a lawsuit that can be filed on your name, and the serious charges against you, and your social security number.  So to get the information regarding the legal case, which has been filed against you, and to clear it out, call me back on my number that is 347-380-8982, I repeat its 347-380-8982 and look for David Smith.  If I don't recieve your call by today I will surley contact your references, your employer source, as well as your manager to make sure that you call me back on my number by today, right now, rather you would face some serious legal troubles in your future.  Once again my name is David Smith from PCS, thank you and god bless you.

The person who called me had a very strong Russian accent.  I called back and talked to someone names John with a very thick Indian accent.  John informed me that he is calling from a company called Advanced Cash USA and started reading to me different info from my past history like old bank account numbers and addresses and places of work.  I aked him how much I owe to avoid the legal fees and he said $602.00 but he'll settle for $445.00.  I asked him how I can pay and he said that I can pay with a visa or mastercard.  I'm supposed to call him back now after I get to a fax machine so he can fax me some papers regarding how to send him this money.

I've never taken a loan from any small companies like Advance Cash USA.  The last loan that I took was my student loan back in 2003.  

Another thing that "John" mentioned was that he was on eastern time so I should hurry and send him the money today before 12:00pm my time, to avoid legal action.

I hope this helps, and no one else is swindled out of their money from these guys.  I can call back and get more info from them too since I still have a friendly relationship with these crooks.

It is a Russian Accent.  We need to get these guys but how??  We should call and offer money and follow the money trail.

We have been receiving calls from this number at work for one of our employees - when I found out it was a scam I started hanging up on them.  Yesterday they called 40 times within a 15 min period......Telling me F*** YOU, S*** MY ****, TOUCH MY DICK, YOU BI***.  I filed a police report, and reported the number but it doesnt help.  They still call.  They called today again over and over, doing the same thing.  It's ridiculous and its too bad that there is not more that can be done about these pesty low lifes.  I gave the number to my husband, who to say the least was not happy, he now will call and harass them when he is bored.......Now when the guy calls I hold down a number so it will beep in his ear, or laugh at him, or answer it and put the phone down so I dont hear him and just leave him sitting there......I have had a few of not so nice words to him myself.......but they still call.  Even if the phone company blocks it they still call back with a different number

These people, in no way follow the FDCPA.  Fair Debt Collections Practices Act was put in place by the US Government to prohibit collection activities such as these.  These people are calling through a server and are probably in the Middle East somewhere.  FDCPA is enforced by the FTC. They called my work today, said it was a legal matter, that I would be arrested tomorrow if I did not pay them today for a payday loan I NEVER received.  He did not have an exact date or who I supposedly got the payday loan from.  Wanted me to send him a copy of my bank statement since he had a wrong account number.  Call them and harrass them as much as they harrass us!!! I hope no one actually falls for this scam and pays them!

They Called me and said that there was a complaint against my SSN and said that I would be in all types of legal matters if I didnt return the call. When they called back and I answered I told them I knew it was a scam and to stop calling and that I was reporting them to the BBB and the police he started screaming at me and said f**k you. I just laughed and hung up they are a joke

My roommate got a call from John Hudson from the American Legal Services in their legal department.  They called looking for me saying that they have something against me based on the information that they have on me.  They told me to call back or something serious will happen and take immediate action against me.  I reported them to the do not call registry and did a complaint against them and also put my roommate's number in the registry so they don't call her anymore looking for me.  Please help me to report them to the police

Also called me to harrass about a supposed loan.  I don't owe them any money, but yes, they have my information.  They left the last four digits of my social on the voicemail.  Is there any way to stop these thieves??!!

CALLING DEMANDING MONEY, HARRASSMENT AT WORK ALSO

Lots of background noise from caller and no one speaks English. When you ask them to send something in the mail about money owed, they will not send anything. They have your bank account number. Report to police. SCARY!

the called me 3 or 4 times now all that comes up on my caller id is 1234.  This is the number that the guy gave me to call back. They called me 30-45 times 6 mo. ago. I called the police and reported them. Its a scam they are running.  If you Apply for a pay day loan on the internet the can get your info. Its bad news.
