they call and do not answer!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an account with Total Visa but the card is current.  I don't know why they are calling and don't say anyhting.  I have cantacted them buy e-mail but no repsonse. I am sure that I will cancel my card with them.  They call day and night and don't say they just hang up.

This is Total Card. This is only one of 7 phone numbers they use to call and harrass, even after you have made repayment arrangements and cancelled your card.

They call over and over. They have even called my work. Once I got them on the phone while I was at work and told her to never call my work again and that I can get fired for this constant calling on their part.

This one guy who I did talk to after waiting 15 minutes was rude and couldn't breath very well into the phone, he sounded like he wanted sex.

It's some company called Total Card.  I don't even have an account with them, my girlfriend has the account.  I have no idea how they got my number.  I do have Verizon, like most of the people on this list though.  I'm begining to see a pattern.

do you guys not relize these collecters are just trying to prevent you from paying an outrages late fee of 29 or 25 bucks! it may not be the best card on earth but when you cant get any other card than this one it may be your only option! Stop freaking out.... i mean if you paid your credit card on time then you wouldnt have to worry about the collection calls at all you get a bill in the mail theres a web site to make payments and the works get over your selves make your damn paymnts!

This number calls me a lot but I don't have a credit card with them or anyone else (paid everything off several years ago). It's driving me nuts. I'm thinking of making an FTC complaint because it has to be a scam.

2 different numbers called - NY said nothing they would not even identify themselves, Larson said it's Total Card - nothing can good can come out of a company that is using various locations at the same time to call one person, the costs alone would be staggering, so I believe their service is not cost effective anyone using it should consider terminating it - I am I have not even used the card I thought I would use it to build credit - big mistake.

This Pep keep calling and calling every single day and night around 8:30pm, and they don't even leave a message, i will totally cancel my card, this is the worst company ever !!

someone called me from this number today, did not leave a message, so I called them back. a female named Sandra answered and checked to see why I was called. She told me it was a courtesy call that they had not received my payment yet. I told her I paid it two days earlier thru  my online bill pay thru my bank and told her that it was already showing up on my bank account. She courteously applied it to my Visa account showing that I had paid it so I would not have to pay a late fee. She was very friendly and courteous. Now, this may not happen the next time, but I was very pleased with her help.

These people call almost every day, and in most cases it is a female asking for me on a first name basis.  Try explaning that to a jelous wife.  I refuse to even deal with collection tactic like this, and all I can say is good luck Total.  Your employees have such noble jobs, and I do hope that they sleep good at night.

If you have a Verizon Wireless account and you want to block this number / or any other numbers.  You just go to the Verizon Wireless website and select "MY VERIZON",  and click on "MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT".  Then sign in; then select "MY SERVICES" then go to "USAGE CONTROLS".  When your there look for block numbers (in blue highlight) click on it add the number save it and your done. I believe you can go up to 5 numbers that can block.  If you need more numbers it would cost $4.99 per month for up to 20 numbers.  I hope this helps out.

I get 347-404-5862 and 469-619-4118, same as you guys, it is Total Card Inc, Plains Commerce Bank, they are the WORST, when your one day past due they keep calling

i don't have a card with this company either, never had.  they call from this ID, D. Wasmund and V. Hueher.  they call every day all day.

Called and didn't answer when I said hello. I'm 10 days past my due date however.

This is definitely Total Card! 2 numbers called me in the past 5 days! One with a Dallas TX area code and one from a NYC area code (347 is one of the NYC area codes)! Why can't Plains Commerce Bank have their own customer service phone lines or collection department lines and not let it be contracted to various phone numbers? Do the subcontract various people and their area codes? if so how do i apply? And on my caller ID this time from the 347 area code its J. Larson. the Tx`area code read D. Vasimund! WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE??? Are they SUBCONTRACTORS??? This must be INVESTIGATED! Is it a decoy move for you to answer the phone thinking it may be a wrong number?

I called Verizon for a reverse search and they told me the numbers are legitimate but not listed in any phone book!

If you have TOTAL CARD, CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT!! Pay whatever balance you have left and then GET RID OF IT!!

I don't even have a Total Visa card. I don't know why they are calling my cell phone everyday! I am on the National Do Not Call List also. I guess it doesn't matter.

These people are killing me! They blow my phone up both home and cell all day and all night. I have gotten calls as late as 10:00 pm and of course when I answer, no one is there....any suggestions on what to do? Now someone did tell me you can block the number any idea how?

They called and didnt leave a voice message.  I dont do any business with this person/company.  Call was Oct 27, Monday 2:02pm.  No caller I.D. just a phone number.

These guys are not good people--pay off the card and cancel just before membership comes due. These people send money to keill Palestinian Children and Women

This may work, I called them back and asked for their corporate address so I could "effectively" report them to the BBB and the federal government for violations and harrassment. They said they would remove my mumber. Today is Aug. 4, I'll keep you updated.

This number has been calling probably 20 times a day and will not leave messages. It's starting to drive me crazy I don't have a cc so don't know why they are calling.

I get this call a lot and don't have a credit card with them. It's a scam.
