no one is on the line when i pick up, i cant call them back to tell them to stop, they dont recieve calls.

i didn't pick up, they didn't leave a msg

no message; no voice; no details... just keeps calling trying to waste my time and minutes. I refuse to answer. If it was real, they would leave a voicemail..
