Scammer wanting Visa info supposedly for rx refills.

Company will not stop calling.

This is from a company called RX Report.  Supposedly they are calling to "save you money on your prescriptions.

They called, I picked up and didn't say anything for 15-20 seconds then someone started saying Hello Hello at which point I responded however the call then disconnected. Not sure if they disconnected or it's because of my apartment (I get REALLY bad reception/signal) ... annoying if it is this Rx Company you say it is --- Probably is, as I've received some funny calls as such in recent months from a NY number.

They keep calling my cell phone number! How did they get it? I've never ordered prescriptions online. I can't get them to stop calling me!

Scammers probly trying to get credit card

I just filed a complaint thanks to your site and useful info. yes they are harassing, yes they do steal c.c.numbers if you fall for the line they give you.

I've been getting lots of calls to my cell phone from this number! How in the world did they get my number?! I've never ordered prescriptions online! Everytime I ask them to stop calling, they say they will, but they don't!

This Number 347-410-8976 has been calling my house number multiple times a week for months now.  They never leave a message.  They are definitely some type of a internet drug scam business or something.

They called and didn't request anything from them.

I've been getting tons of calls from these folks. No one is there. If I hang on someone comes on who sounds like they don't speak English. I've asked them repeatedly to stop.

I just filed a complaint as well. These people are very harassing and they are always calling my business cell phone. I have screamed at them to stop calling and they do not stop.

Thank you for the link to this website. I also just filed a complaint to the FCC. Hopefully they can find these people and put there drug dealing business to a screeching hault. They call me almost everyday on my business cell phone.

Wow, that really sticks out. It sounds like you filed all the necessary complaints. But just to make sure you did, here is a list:

1. Make sure you walk down to the local police station to fill out a report. Threatening a sexual assault obviously is a big deal. And it is amazing how many laws they broke. There are wires involved, and probably across state lines.

3. The FTC's complaint site. This sounds like one they might actually follow up on. A lot of times they deal with complaints in the aggregate, but something like this could help their overall investigation. I know one of the FTC's lawyers actually called me once and we talked for an hour. He wanted to know why one of the companies was getting so many complaints.

4. The FCC's complaint site.

This is a big deal. On a relatively less significant matter once I ordered something over the phone for about $350. But right after ordering I changed my mind and called them right back to cancel. The sleaze bag told me to perform an unmentionable act. He never canceled the order, and shipped the merchandise. I filed a complaint with my bank, which wasn't even a credit card but a debit card. I told them everything that happened including what he told me to do. The bank reversed the charge, and I got $350 worth of free merchandise. It was hilarious. I got the last laugh. You can just imagined this small businessman getting the determination from the credit card company. It is possible to get justice. People do take this seriously.

I tried calling this number back and the phone company message is that it is not a working number.

Rx online pharmacy. They call from a few numbers and say you purchased some medication online and blah blah blah. I never purchased any medication online so they are obviously a scam. they also call from 1 800 632 0488

How do these guys get my number, first of all?  Second, how in the WORLD do they get away with it.  For months and months, I would receive calls from the same type of folks - 3 to 4 times a day - but different numbers. It finally got on my last nerves and I registered on the Do-Not-Call list. They stopped for a long time, and then beginning of May this number starting calling me back.  I reported to FCC the first time, and they called me again tonight, and I just completed the online FCC form again. It is simply unfair that companies like this get away with this! It's TOTAL scam! But, WHY us? Where do they get our information from? I WANT THEM BUSTED!  Send in your complaints to the FCC! Just hope the FCC really pays attention to our complaints?  ... You all can see I have really had enough of these scammers' crap, can't you?  LOL! Sorry, had to vent!

Didn't leave message, but don't want any more calls

rcvd several calls - I have never answered thanks to caller id - they do not leave messages with the company name or call back number, only with my first name.

They have called day and night for over a month. They ask for Amy Jones. We have told them a hundred times to quit calling. Today I blew a whistle in the guys ear. After I left for work the S.O.B. called back and told my wife he was coming to rape her. BIG!!!! mistake. She's freaked out and I filed a report with everyone but the Whitehouse. Hope the cops find them before I do.

these people just called me. i just want to know if this is actually legal. i asked them how it could be legal to sell me a script without a doctor and they said that they have their own doctors to prescribe meds. is this possible?

I Bought a fog horn so when they call I blow the horn in the phone..HAHA

Also, Verizon has filed a suit against companies using auto-dialers. That's why you need to file a complaint. Gives the cellular companies some grit to win. They need a lot of proof and a strong leg to stand on. FILE THE COMPLAINT !!!

First off I'd like to thank "Left Coast Larkin" for the link to the FCC. If EVERYONE who gets these annoying calls will file a complaint, it will give the cellular companies some grit to file lawsuits and stop companies like RX Refill from doing business in this way. THey are using auto-dialers and this should be outlawed. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT people. File the complaint. Very easy to do!  Thank You!

unwanted  calls on cellphone

They call FREAKING EVERY DAY!!!  Today I finally answered and they gave me some spiel about the "medicine my husband ordered online".  I told them he didn't order anything and would they take me off their call list.  They hung up on me.  If they call again I'm gonna answer and put the phone down EVERY SINGLE TIME until they stop calling!!
