I started recieving messages a few days ago from 3474165175 stating i owe a debt and if i dont call back they are going to file charges against me. i dont owe anyone that i have not been paying. how do i stop this harrassment? this same individual calls at least 3-4x a day.not up for this.

I have also received many phone calls from this number on my cell phone and at my work.  He is a man with an Indian accent and goes by several names, two of which are officer Brown and Steve Johnson. I spoke to him one time and he stated that I owed him money and demanded immediate payment over the phone from my checking account. I did not pay him any money and he stated that he was going to file papers and take me to court. This did not ever happen and it has been about three months since that conversation. He still calls almost daily and says a suit has been filed against my social security number and if I don't call him back I will be in a big mess. My wife and I had our identity stolen on the internet and soon after the phone calls from him started. I believe it is a scam.  He does have all of my information but when I pressed him for more specific answers on the phone like when or where the debt was from, he had no specific answers and evaded my questions by becoming more of a pushy bully. My only real concern is how to stop his phone calls.

I received a call from this guy saying his name is Officer John Taylor and telling me that he needs to discuss a very important legal matter. When I tried to call him back it went to voice mail. He did call me the next morning, when I answered it I demanded to talk to someone that speaks better English. Another guy gets on the phone and tells me that I have 3 warrants out for my arrest unless I pay $350 now. I asked him how he figured I owed them this money. He informed me that I took a loan out with Cash net USA and I have refused to pay it back. I informed this man that I never took a loan out with anyone and that I was contacted an attorney and police. He begged me not to do that and I hung up the phone.

I too have been contacted at work and on my cell phone by someone calling themself Officer John Taylor of the Dept. of Financial Investigations stating that if I don't call back there will be a legal case filed against me for some sort of fraudulent activity.  I have called back or answered the call in the past and they don't tell me what the fraudulent activity is.  They say that I should know what it is.

I received a call from Robert Martin stating I owe a debt. He stated my ss# in his message he left the telephone number he wants me to call back is 3474165175
I am not sure how to handle this.

I have the same problem a couple of weeks ago he called from two different numbers with two different names.  It stopped for a little bit, now he is calling my work again from this number 347-416-5175 saying his name is Steve Johnson.  I told him ive looked up all your names and phone numbers and i know this is a scam and not to call me again or call my work, all he could do was repeat me.  Really!!!

Someone needs to stop this stupid idiot! Something has to be done

Getting calls from someone name Steve Johnson stating that he is with the dept of fanicial investagation and he is about to filed suit against me for fraudalent active I have no ideal who this person is or what he's talking about.  I have not tried calling him back because it all seems just a little to unreal i know that i have not been involved in any fraudalent active.
